This restaurant has now completed my third time rule. I always try places 3 times, because I understand everyone has off nights, and that consistency is what makes a great restaurant or business. Tonight I had my third meal there. We come up on business to the area and this place is just down the street from the hotel we use in a developed area. The first time, the food was good, but I noticed trays of food were not being refilled once they ran out of whatever dish was in them. However, it was so busy, I thought they just couldnt keep up. The second time, the food was so-so, and again, many empty trays. They say they close at 10, but we arrived tonight a little before 8:30 and left at 9:10, and they were already closing down. For example, most of the fruit was gone, they had to be asked by people around us to add more of certain items to the buffet, and the whole sushi bar was packed up. One time when we came in there at 9, they rudely told us, well, we close at 10, and there will be no more trays put out now. We left and went to Red Lobster, who close at the same time, 10pm, but were more than happy to serve us at 9pm. An hour before you are supposed to close, you are going to stop serving, basically?? Imagine if Chilis or Red Lobster, which are all close by, said that same thing, and how long they would stay in business with that mentality. Also, I dont appreciate the signs all over the place reminding you to only take what you can eat. I think people get that, and I have been to many buffets where one sign was plenty. I feel like this place is doing things on the cheap, and not providing a service to their paying customers. Also, tonight the food was bordering on gross, with all meals including shrimp tasting like stale and mold. A lot of the food was mushy, as if it had been sitting around for awhile, as well. So, after 3 times at this place, I can say that we will not be coming back.

I would have given it a higher rating, but after what happened today this is the rating that will give. The food as always was great however it wasnt a great experience my daughter was minding her buisness getting her food when someone complimented her hair and a "regular" started with my daughter saying not to fling her hair at her when my daughter was no where near her. It was so bad that my son who is VERY quiet had to get involved to defend her, I was sitting at our table watching our stuff while they were getting food. My kids came back to the table VERY upset and asked what happened, I went to the manager to make a complaint and was told she is a regular and does that with the customers to ignore it. My kids shouldnt have to ignore it or put up with that. We are paying customers and if she has done this in the past with other customers she should be banned. As much as their food is great no one wants to deal with that, you go there to eat and enjoy your food not be aggravated by a customer who has a problem with your appearance.

My wife and I are regular customers that live in the area and been going there since they opened. The food is overall pretty good, we learned not to go there on weekends, way way too crowded, we like to go on weekdays and not too late, 6pm or so is a good time for dinner. There are things they do sometime that irritates me like sweeping the carpet floor right in front of me while im still eating, they do bring you the check before you are done, usually during your dessert, but that is customary of most chinese buffets. we tried other places, 1 in marshalls creek and another toward hazelton but we keep returning here. yes, they were better in the beginning and started slowly skimping on the food quantity and quality, but thats the story of most this places, they start good and then slowly they autodestroy themselves.

I went for the 1st time taking my younger sister and husband on today Sunday. Let me start off that in my family we all look older than our age in height and body. They ask me her age I tell them 11 they look at her up and down and start saying thing to one another. Thats rude. Im ready to pay they charge her as an adult so I correct them the server is now questioning me, when I pay and Im leaving she now looks at her up and down and they start talking about her pointing at her. They are rude and disrespectful. I swear to everything I love if I could have walked out of there with out paying I would have they made her feel uncomfortable and awkward about her height. There rice and crab and fried chicken was extremely salty. Never going back I couldnt ear it.

I paid 84.00 to eat with my husband and 4 children. They "ran" out of food. I asked for more crab legs one women said they dont have anymore.Another Who I assume was the manager said they close at 930 so I should have came earlier there not cooking anymore tonight. For what I just paid to eat and crab legs were the only things my children wanted to eat thats horrible service. I still paid my bill in full and was told there cheaper then anywhere else and with the little amount of crabs they served its still more then there competition which in itself is a terrible statement to a paying customer. I will NEVER go back there and I advise other people to find another place.

This is a great little buffet. My family and I have come back here a few times and the food is always good. Theres a decent selection of food, 5 tables. 1 for sushi. 1 for rice, crab legs, and soups. 1 for salad and sweets. And 2 for a variety of cooked food. There is also an icecream machine with a few topping and cones available. The sushi is always fresh and clean. Whenever a tray is becoming empty they quickly restock it. The staff is friendly and very quick with refills and clearing plates. I would definitely recommend this buffet.

I was so happy when this place opened up. It is the best Chinese buffet in the Poconos (not that there are a lot). However, I wish they had a greater variety of Chinese food and sushi. I know that all buffets usually reserve some space for standard continental food, but it would be nicer if they would mix it up once in a while; as regular goers can get tired of the same flavors. Still, the managers are very nice, the food is fresh if you go early, and overall, it is a great value if you are in the mood for some quick chinese or sushi!

Ive been there many times. The last 3 times, the food was horrible. The ribeye steak is in pieces instead of a whole piece of meat, they put a limited amount of sushi, and they take their time making it, it looks like they cant handle a large crowd of people.you have to beg for nutcrackers and napkins are the size of a sheet of toilet paper. The crab legs are put out every so often. They push you to drink soda so can fill up. They bring the check right in the middle of your dinner. No respect. Food is mostly cold
