Not so fast! When Panera first came on the scene, I was very impressed. Not only did they have good food (fresh french onion soup with shaved parmesan) but also the sandwiches were neatly made and served. Not only this, but I learned that they donated much of their extra food to "Meals on Wheels" so that people in dire need who were fighting cancer and other terrible diseases could enjoy excellent bread (if a day older) and some delicious pastries. Fast forward a decade? Now youll spend $16 for two 1/2 sandwiches that were sloppily made and served. They sure are spending enough on advertising their "clean menu" though. Last heard, they stopped donating to "meals on wheels" to boot! No thanks. You may think youre raking in cash but heres a loud word to leadership: Change fast or youll lose more than me as a customer!

People okay, food...it depends. This is in regards to one of the pasta dishes: Chicken Tortellini Alfredo. When it first came out, I decided to try it. Granted, it was at night (closer to dinner time) but the tortellini was still frozen cold, not just on the inside, but it was cold to the touch. I finished the remainder of my meal (just the bread at that point) and showed it to the manager, who offered to replace/remake the dish. Im sorry, but Ill never order that again. The sandwiches, maybe, but not the pasta/broth bowls. Im not taking a chance on that again. The people there are nice, just dont get the soup pastas, based on my experience from a while back.

Panera seems to always get better and better. I love the menu working to get "cleaner", the staff at this particular location was very cheerful and patient with me. Food was great and quickly prepared.

This particular Panera is average. There is not usually a wait, the service is friendly and the restaurant is clean however the quality of the food isnt consistent with other Panera restaurants.

I avoid the other Panera in Germantown because, the patrons are not friendly. Here the atmosphere is very calm, and relaxing. At the other location, theres too much chaos.

Nice Panera, usually never crowded. Good service and layout. The only big issue is the wifi never works. Ive been here at least four times and the wifi has never worked.

Food is fresh but I cant always say.this about their.bakery items. Sometimes.the.muffins.are.too hard.but once.u.break.it open.the taste is delightful.

This is the biggest Panera Ive been in. Ours back home is tiny. The customer service was excellent and the food was delicious.
