We usually have great service here! Theyve gotten so much better about waiting times, now youll wait maybe 5 minutes before it was like 20. Only thing I hate is they bring the appitizer out with the entre and by the time you finish the appitizer your foods cold. Some waiters can be more attentive to drinks, and the hosts could be a smidge more happier rather than just focused on the tv. Theres been one server that is always 100% I wish I could have him all the time, cant remember his name but hes the fastest, friendliest server Ive ever met. He does is best to accommodate you in anyway, he needs to be a training Manager at the least and teach other his way. All in all this is my favorite place to eat, its the best place around Waynesboro for fast fresh food, their timings off with bringing food out unless you specifically ask to bring the entre later, but theyll sit it under a light and itll get soggy so its a loose loose.

Terrible Service We were trying to place an order for take out. The first time we called they said they were closed for maintenance and would be open in 45 minutes. 45 minutes came around and we got the same response when we called again. So we called an hour and a half later than we wanted food, and received the same clueless answer. At this point I was frustrated but it made me realize something...... If the people who handle this are so incredibly incompetent, then there is no way I will trust them to handle my food at this location. BWs is overrated anyways. Only reason for ordering is we got gift cards for Christmas. Overpriced for poor quality food and service.

Ive been going to Waynesboros B-Dubs for years, and theyve always had friendly staff willing to help you out, in addition to great food - especially their wings (as advertised) and their fries. In addition, while they may not market it like other places, this is actually a great place for people with food allergies. Gluten is used in very little (the chips are corn and the wings arent fried) and dairy can be easily avoided in most things. My girlfriend with multiple allergies had no problems ordering and no stomach issues later. Attentive staff + great food = excellent. Also, a wonderful alcohol selection for all kinds of tastes.

horrible. We were stopped and questioned over food being brought in for a six month old baby. Come on, are you people really that insecure? Sorry but at six months I cant see her eating blazing wings. And then theres the service, or lack of service. Our server, Taylor M (according to my receipt ) had to be located and informed by co workers that we were needing to pay and leave. How sad is that?

For lunch this place is awesome, super fast service, the kitchen seems to always screw up my order, but the staff always fixes it. Now as for dinner, find somewhere else, the waiting is horrendous after 5pm. Wait for a table, wait for a waiter/waitress, wait forever for drinks and waited an hour for chicken wings, they were good, but not 2 hours of waiting good.

[2011.11.26] - Came here on a football Saturday evening. It was decently busy. After reading a lot of comments about the terrible service, we were fortunate to get decent service from a waiter names Rory. Looking at the other servers, they do need to smile a little more and act like they enjoy being there even if they dont. The wings were tasty like always.

We havent eaten in the restaurant since shortly after it opened because the service wasnt friendly or efficient. We love the food though so Ive ordered carry-out at least 3 times; our order has to be filled correctly, something always missing like sauces, dressings or celery.

The staff is hateful and they obviously get it from their manager. They wont even serve you at the bar unless you have a table which makes for a long wait. The manager and her staff were nothing but combative as our party of 4 (split up) still waits for a table.

We went in Sunday night watch the cowboys game. the food was great, the beer even better. To all of you saying you had bad service, ask for Megan S. We have had her numerous times and she is always awesome. Goes above and beyond to make sure we enjoy ourselves.

A fairly small, by BWW standards. Located on the end of a strip mall with a food store anchoring the mall. The restaurant is almost always crowded. A small patio sits at the front for warmer weather. Food was good, ready on time and served with a smile.

Wings were awesome! They let you pick 4 different sauces on a twenty wing platter. Try the Bourbon Honey mustard! Cheese fries with bacon were a hit too!
