At 3:15pm on 9/17/16 I walked into your store with 2 employees working there. I placed my order of 4 subs and was advised they were out of bread. I asked what bread they had (thinking they were just out of Italian white bread). I was advised that they only had flat bread. I was shocked that at 3:15pm on a Saturday during a weekend in Gettysburg this could happen. I asked if there was a manager. A woman advised she was the manager in charge at the time. I work in Gettysburg and visit this store often, I have not seen her before. I asked her what happened, she advised "We ran out of bread." I asked how could that happen. She had no reply and advised that she just put bread in the proofer and asked would I like flatbread. I asked didnt they know they were running out of bread. Again no reply. I am shocked how something like this could even happen. To run out of ALL BREAD is simply negligent. It was not first thing in the morning when I got here. They were not overly busy. They did not seem to care that they were out of bread. Just that simple. I have met the owner, she is an amazing woman. I know she would be shocked to watch this happen to one of her shops.

Sitting here in my booth... Just had a hypoglycemic episode on the poor staff here, and they were wonderful... as was the gentleman in front of me in line who I nearly passed out on... Thank you all for understanding! P.s. Its a super busy weekend in Gettysburg, and the storefront is clean and comfortable and the food was fine.

Good location for visitors to Gettysburg National Cemetery and the local cemetery. My only criticism is there is only one server in the off season.

Its ok. The restaurant itself is nice, newer, and clean. But the the portion size I got here was the smallest of any Subway I have been to.
