Worst experience ever. Sydney, Michaela, and Frankie were working tonight. First off, sat down and the counters were filthy. Frankie who is a new cook made it a point to make sure we knew we were inconveniencing him with our orders. We are regulars and probably spend $100 in Waffle House a week! Will never come back again. Did not know Lisa would hire these poor individuals to run her store over night... ridiculous. Hope the staff is disciplined for their poor behavior to customer satisfaction. As soon as we were leaving, all 3 employees came out to smoke, with 2 tables and the high and low bar trashed and dirty with dishes. No one was inside to tend to the store. 2 of the employees are in a relationship and made it quite obvious and uncomfortable for guests in the restauraunt. Please someone address these issues!! Thanks, a very concerned patron of Waffle House. Corporate WILL be noticed. Thank you for your time and dont waste it here... also, get the checks right and more education on the menu would be appropriate for the staff to learn. Maybe involving corporate or training videos to teach the adolescents/uneducated individuals on proper etiquette and work ethic would be more then helpful.

This is hands down my favorite place to go for a middle of the night meal!! My wife and I both work late shifts and are stuck with very few dining options after work, but Waffle House always comes through for us. We go usually once a week as an end of the work week treat, and the overnight staff is always helpful and happy to serve us. The cook is fantastic; he makes the best bacon Ive ever had, not just at Waffle House but at diners in general. I highly recommend it if youre looking for some quick breakfast food that tastes great no matter what time of day it is.

The staff was so unprofessional. Firstly, they didnt greet us when we walked in. The waitress didnt get us drinks until we asked, also she talked to me and my boyfriend like we were beneath her-barley even looked at us.The orignal waitress left without saying anything so we were prettu much waitessless the rest of our meal.They got our food wrong, said they would fix it, never did. Oh but they took 40 CENTS off our bill...40 cents?!? This was my first time at a Waffle House and it was truly horrible, I dont think Ill ever go to another waffle house again.

My favorite place for lunch during work. I can go in there and sit down with confidence knowing I will get quick, friendly and excellent service at a very affordable cost. They are always open, always clean and absolutely always delicious. Come here with my friends late at night as well. For when no where else was, waffle house was there. Love it. Hair in my drink, when i grabbed the wf sauce packet on my plate there was some kind of dried up sauce stuck on the outside of the packet, nice that it was stuck in my food! Then after i sent the food back we watched the cook take the chicken off my sandwich and throw it back on the grill for somwbody else, waitress name raven was worthless, order was screwed up never got us another glass of water or tea. We will never go back to this place again

My daughter and I really loved it, weve been wanting to go for so long. Service was great, we were seated and served in no time whatsoever. The waitress (Victoria) was one of the most friendly, helpful, and attentive servers weve ever had! Food was tasty and very filling. Not the healthiest, but thats to be expected. Overall, my daughter and I have added another place to our list!

Always tidy and quick for a reasonable price. Standard breakfast and quick lunch fare. Their chili and chocolate pie are both worth a try. A real sleeper item on the breakfast menu is the "eggs and cheese" which comes with scrambled eggs, cinnamon raisin toast, and tomato slices (plain or fried).

The cook(Karl) was horrible. He was rude to the waitresses who are super nice and he acts like he is better then everyone else. I will like to say thank the waitresses (Ravin and Trista) for dealing with his nastiness. If he wasnt here I would of given it a 5/5 rateing.

You would think that with waffle in their name they would make a good waffle. I dont know how they brown the waffle without making it crispy. Also, when I tried the biscuit and gravy it was like putting a spoon of salt in my mouth. The waiting staff was fine.

I dont want to sound over the top, but this place is awesome. The staff is friendly and plentiful. Theres usually even someone opening the door for you as you go in and out. Wait staff is very attentive and courteous. Best waffle house Ive been to.

You had the best overnight crew Ive ever had. Brit and Karl were both great pleasant to talk too kind and listened our food was greate came up fresh, hot, and fast. Store was clean definetly will be coming there again.

Food was great; the waitress was not. Asked for a water and never received it. Also never received any refills and was never given syrup for the waffles. Had to ask someone else for a box. Will not be coming back.

The food is always great here. Its not the cleanest in terms of appearance but the cook is right in front of you preparing your meals so the appearance is fine with me. The best place for your waffle fix.

The waitress was awesome, her service was great. Food and drink was terrible. My chicken sandwich was not fully cooked and my orange juice had something floating in it. Absolutely horrible!

Being the only 24 hour place in Fallston, its the only option for a late night food binge. My friends and I end up here at least twice a week and always after midnight.
