After coming here for 2 years, I will never come back again after last night. I showed up with a group of 40 people after giving a reservation 2 weeks in advance and serval phone calls days before we showed up to make sure everything was good. They assured me every time I called that our party would be no problem. We arrived by boat at 6pm and was seated right alway. They gave us one server for the entire night. After it took almost a hour for everyone to get their drinks and order a couple appetizers, we told the manager, Jeff, one server isnt enough and he agreed to help and told us they were short staffed. We said thats fine everyone is ready to order and we would put it all on one check to make it easier for our one server. The appetizers came out sporadic along with our entrees. Over the next 2 hours, some people were getting food while others werent and this is when the problems really started. Some girls in our party food was cold, undercooked, and the shrimp on the seafood platter was inedible. While they wanted it changed, appetizers kept coming out, more then we ordered, and other people in our party stated they havent even ordered yet cause our one server couldnt handle everything. By this time Jeff was gone and would show up here and there but didnt help with ordering or food at all. After 2 hours of mayhem, half of our party never got an entree or had to send it back and never got a replacement and appetizers kept coming out. Since we didnt plan or staying this long, members of our party had to leave and told the server to just give them a bill so they could pay and leave for what they have gotten. This only made more things confusing and again Jeff didnt help with this at all. By the end of the night we were all disgusted and Jeff agreed to take half off our bill and blamed the slow service on everyone ordering at different times and different checks which was not the case. We had it all on one and the bill was way more to the food we received. Then they had the audacity to give us a couple more bills that they said was not on the original. Sadly we will never go back and this was the first time many of the people in our party were there. At the end of the night we paid $300 and made sure our server received a $100 for doing all she could to help us. The oysters were very good along with the seared tuna. With better management this place would be the best in town. All they had to do is let us know they couldnt handle our reservation before we got there. Or at least when we got there and we could of walked to riverwatch. Sadly since we all showed by boat, many people in our party had to uber back and Jeff and his crew didnt really seem to care at all.

I wrote this to the Management of my experience: To whom it may concern, I would like management to be aware of a wreckless blonde female bartender with tattoos who was working on June 30th behind the outside tiki bar. A friend and I ordered a margarita and a beer special from this bartender, he received his margarita before my beer and I waited several minutes before another male bartender (very attentive with a great attitude) decided he would get it for me because he didnt appreciate how long I waited for something simple. Next drink, we both ordered margaritas. She again made my friends and never made mine, all the while she happily served other guests while taking shots with them as well. Still I waited until the male bartender again served me instead, took approximately 15 seconds. After food came, which was delicious and on time, again my friend ordered a margaritas and I a water. No problems there, until I asked for the bill. She ran my card without me asking so I said for her to correct it because we were splitting the bill. She insisted that she would correct it and that my bill statement would show a 69$ charge but then a credit of whatever my friend had decided his half would be , (he paid $40 cash). I charged the remaining $30 with a 6 dollar tip because she provided terrible service, with no reason I could see why. I look at my statement today. She charged my card 50$ total plus tip. As far as Im concerned she stole from me, lied and gave me an idea of the type of behavior that you consider exceptable. This was my first time visiting this restaurant. I will never attend your establishment again and will inform everyone I know of my experience.

So, Im here now. Cheryl was my tender And I bought 4 cherry bombs and 2 beers that came to $35. Thats not the issue everyone knows drinks at the bar costs more.
My issue is that she took my cash tip that I laid out for her. But when she came back to collect my debit card receipt. She said to me loud enough that my friends heard her say "your supposed to tip your bar tender"

Had my daughters 21st birthday party here, we were expecting 25 to 30 people, all on seperate checks, and at first I picked up on a bit of attitude from the main hostess, however, once our waitress Ashley took over, the whole event went off without a hitch! So Ashley was fantastic! She was friendly, professional, thoughtful, and very prompt. The food was FANTASTIC!! I had the Chesapeake grilled cheese: amazing! The crab dip was phenomenal! Id say one of the best Ive ever had! Other people at the party had other dishes, like Rockfish tacos, Salmon B.L.T, Buffalo Chicken Flatbread, a Rockfish wrap, and many other platters/sandwhiches, all of which Im told was amazing. So to sum up, Great food! Fun atmosphere! Friendly, attentive staff, and fair to cheap prices. I will be returning!

DO NOT attend their NYE comedy party. The new owners and their quests (who probably paid nothing to attend), did their best to ruin it for everyone else. It was like their own little party and very classless. Many people wanted their $50 returned and the place was at 50% capacity. I for one, will never venture to the depths of dysfunction to spend $150 to hear jackass make fools of themselves . Who puts on a show and tries their hardest to ruin it for everyone? The owners of The Crazy Tuna and their Homies ....... thats who. The food and service are excellent and during the warm weather season, the tiki bar has a great atmosphere. But inside...... its one of the places that you know if you belong within minutes.

This place has changed ownership and the food is okay. During my last visit, I tried the Seafood Club sandwich ($12.99) and it was good. The Cream of Crab soup ($5.99) was good, but the Rock Fish Wrap ($9.99) is nasty. How can someone can take a fabulous fish like rock fish and completely ruin? To top it off, when the bill came, they charged me $15.99 for the Seafood Club Sandwich and $12.99 for the Rock Fish Wrap. Check the menu prices online. My visit was on a snowy weekday evening and the place was slow. There is absolutely no excuse for bad food and overcharging when theres no crowd..
