We like to play keno while there getting food. However our last visit was terrible. Food was cold. And a hair on my husbands plate. We let the waitress know right away. All she offered was to reheat the food. We had waited some time to get our food. And i do not want reheated food. Shouldnt have to. Was not offered new food do to the hair. Staff in the kitchen do not have hair nets on. Or a hat or pulled back. Etc. I asked for something to be taken off the bill for the issues. And it was not. Waitress said she couldnt. I spoke to another customer she said same thing happened to her last week. However she returned. My family will not return.

My dad use to take me here all the time when I was younger.im grown now and I take my children here and they love it great food, amazing prices.Nice and clean . Definitely homey feeling .I definitely recommend North point diner to anyone looking for a nice cozy place and a great meal.
