Everytime I go to a fast food place here lately, my order is always messed up in some way shape or form. I can deal with that. But I got BK for my kids and I, two 10 piece nuggets and a large fry. The fries tasted old and soggy and the nuggets tasted burnt as if the oil they were cooked in needed to be changed horribly. I wish I had even known that before I offered them to the kids.

Wont go back. They very rarely get the order right. When I went through the drive-in I did not catch on to the scam they pull the first few times I ordered the Steakhouse XT Combo. When I placed the order the girl asked do you want the medium or large - did not give me the option of the standard combo as priced on the board. I wont go back. I threw half the food away.

Ive been to Burger King several times within June and July. Every visit the milk shake machine has been down. The play area had been dirty. Trash on the floor, dirty tables, and no trash bags in the trash cans. Also with every visit the soda machine has been out of ice. Do not waste your time on visiting Burger King in Denton Md.

Had the new Crispy Chicken Bacon without cheese sandwich, very good!! The bun was toasted loved that, chicken was juicy, great sandwich hope they keep it on the menu. Service was great, very friendly, very helpful. I didnt want to use the self service, and she was right there to take our order. I appreciated that.

Horrible customer service. Everyone had an attitude and acted as if we were disrupting their free time. Fries tasted the way that the bottom of a garbage can smells. Sandwiches cold and dry. Asked for no tomato and no onion, guy repeated it 4 TIMES and I still got tomatoes. I will be calling the corporate number.

Absolutely love Croissanwiches. This place says they open at 6AM...try more like 7AM. No way to stop before work. Since they dont serve breakfast all day (*cough cough...McDonalds....cough cough*), guess Ill need to grab a bowl of cereal or something. Ugh.

I rarely post such a low rating. This Burger King is one of the worst Ive been to. I never get cheese even though I always ask for it. The bathrooms are never clean. They are completely uninterested at the windows.

Food was good, but wrong order, numerous other people got the wrong order as well. Freestyle machine was out of 90% of their flavors, and only one trashcan wasnt overflowing. Staff was nice though.
