Every time I visit this Chick fil A, I have a problem. Ive visited them like twice a year since they opened, hoping for improvement but they always disappoint. I only keep going back because of convenience. One of the worst experiences Ive had there was for my sons birthday 2 years ago we ordered a couple days ahead a party platter and also a separate kids meal just for him because he has food allergies. Well when my best friend (who was doing me a huge favor) went to pick it up nothing was even ready, my order was lost along with my credit card info they had hand written down apparently. So they made the tray right then and charged me full price, no apology and they forgot to include the birthday boys separate kids meal. So meanwhile over an hour later my best friend arrives with the food, but NOTHING for the birthday boy. Isnt that spectacular???? My husband had to drive back to get the meal which they were gonna charge him for! I digress! So we visited there after the movies last week and they got part of our order wrong and I went to have it fixed the cashier wanted to see my receipt which I couldnt find. So finally a supervisor steps in to fix my order instead of wasting my time arguing about a receipt. DO NOT RECOMMEND

Good food and EXTREMELY fast, and friendly, service! Even when the cars are lined up before placing orders (they have two order-taking lines in the drive-thru), Ive NEVER waited more than five minutes before getting my order. As a matter of fact, even where there was a short line at the drive-thru (Ive never seen the drive-thru without any cars in it), I dont think Ive ever had to wait at the window itself - every time Ive ever gotten to the window, my food has always been waiting for me. I would give them five starts except for the fact that the lemonade at this store tastes a little funny (and no, Im not talking about the diet lemonade). That and the fact that they got rid of my two favorite things on the menu: carrot salad and their brownies (and yes, I realize this was a corporate decision).

The food was good what you would expect from CFA. The service was very bad. Im from Colorado and go to a ton of Chick-fil-A restaurants while on travel. Generally, service at Chick-fil-A is excellent far above other fast food places. My local Chick-fil-A will come to your table to give you your food order and drink refills. They dont do that at this location and thats fine, but I went to get a refill at the counter and waited for like 2 minutes before someone addressed me (it wasnt that busy). This was while making eye contact with two people behind the counter. Finally the third person I made eye contact with (who was in the back section making food) told someone behind the counter to help me. Ironically, this was one of the girls who I made eye contact with before.

Alright picture this, you order number 5 meal and tell them you want chik-fil-a sauce with, now u go and pick your food and be on your merry way because youre on your lunch break,you eat your fries on the way back wit chikfila sauce, you get back to work and open the bag , to get your nuggets, then you reach in the bag and to your horror, there is no chikfila sauce, you throw a whole fit because there is no way youll eat your nuggets without the sauce, now you go back to work angry as hell cuz they wanna be stingy with their sauce,,. Im livid right now, Im late getting back to work because I have to write this while the anger is still fresh.. Chikfila, get your stuff together, 2 sauce minimum..

Todo perfecto, resultó que de sopa del día tenían gazpacho, y siendo nosotros españoles, casi se me saltan las lágrimas de la emoción... Todo muy rico y el servicio espectacular. Claro que lo pagas, porque me pareció bastante caro.

We ran out today fill the bike tire and decided to stop and get food for our youngest who was hungry. I didnt have my wallet and niether did my mother. We cancelled and said wed be right back, but the staff filled the order and ran out to the road with it saying they didnt want us to go away without it. Thats why they have customer loyalty!! Our 7 year old got his chicken nuggets and fries after all. Thank you to all the employees :-)!!

Employees are always pleasant and restaurant is very clean... Although, anyone else notice......their chicken strips have gotten way smaller and everytime weve gotten chicken later in the evening its been crispy and dried out. Obviously, its been sitting for long while. Ordered a kids meal with a med. Sweet tea cost was $6.64. thats expensive for what you get anymore. I wonder if they think a kids going to eat it and not notice.

This place has always been my family and my favorite food stop. There has not been a single time we have gotten slow service, met poor attitudes, or had bad food. We hold out on lunch for hours just to get here. In fact, the employees go out of their way to give good service, regularly checking up on your meal progress even amongst the busiest of schedules. And dont forget the mints!

Typical cfa service, but the high chairs and tables were pretty gross, with an 8 month old we didnt want to be caught in a rush. We did visit between the breakfast and lunch rush but it was kind of surprising. Also was given the wrong food... apparently, it was left in the shoot from breakfast... kind of disappointing it all seemed rushed and not up to par for them.

Awesome job Chick-fil-a! My wife loved your spicy chicken breakfast sandwich and was disappointed when it was removed from the menu. Christian & his team made it happen this morning and allowed me to suprise her. The phenomenal customer service and quality ingredients make the difference. Keep up the awesome work.

My chicken biscuit was cold and hard and the second time I went there I had the rudest customer service and my order was wrong after I repeated it 3 times will never go to that chick fil a again ! And Im shock because all chick fil a employees are suppose to be nice and sweet but not this location

This location Has great atmosphere and a great staff. They always have a smile and are very welcoming. The place is well clean and they have a great indoor playground. Downside is that is almost always crowded and the parking lot is al little bit too tight.

Good service. Staff is friendly and courteous. As an active duty service member theyre always stopping to thank me for my service. I dont expect that of them but it is definitely appreciated. Food is great, comes out quickly and always as ordered.

I go to this Chickfila for lunch. Everything is always clean and the staff extremely eager to make sure your visit is a great one. This is a relaxing place to get your lunch and refresh for the rest of your shift. Always a pleasure.

Its a Chick-fil-A, which means it automatically gets at least four stars because of their culture and service. This particular location is a five star stop because of great store cleanliness and Service. Its a new location.
