Worst staff ever. First time I came here I asked for a 6 inch turkey breast. The guy behind the counter asks me if I want to upgrade to a foot-long because its cheaper than the 6 inch. I say sure why not, maybe theres a promotion going. We go to pay and he rings up the price higher than the 6 inch. Ok so the rate per 6 inch was lower but the way he said it was confusing, you would think it would be overall cheaper. So thanks for the false advertising. I gave it a pass though, maybe the guy was new. The second time I come here, there is a girl named Carish who honestly seemed to hate every customer for some reason. The whole time she is mumbling and I cant hear anything she is saying and than when I go to pay she tosses the sub on the counter without putting it in a bag. Wow what did I do? I didnt even say anything to her other than ask for a turkey breast on wheat. I ask her if she can put it in a bag like she did for the other customers and she gives me a nasty look and than hastily throws it in a bag like I did something wrong for asking for a bag. Every Subway I been to they always put it in a big if you taking it to-go right? This is the first time Ive written a review and its unfortunate its not positive but people need to know. This is the only Subway I would avoid.

This was TERRIBLE. HUGE disappointment! I ordered my sub, they made it, everything is fine... but we get to the register and my card wont swipe due to something going on with their machine. The employee says to let him ask his manager, who is walking in the door at that moment. The "manager" says loudly, in front of me, "No tell him cash only". They dont have a sign up and CERTAINLY didnt tell me that BEFORE I ordered. I dont have cash with me. So the manager has the nerve to shrug and say "well theres an ATM at the liquor store, get some cash there". When I said I am not going to pay a fee to get out cash, besides running somewhere else because of their problem they didnt even apologize for. He just shrugs again. Never going there again.

Worst customer service I have ever received at a subway staff is not attentive to customers walking in the door, they are not aware or dont understand the coupon promotions Subway is running. They are steady talking to friends and other reps instead of helping the customer.

Very rude employees. I had to repeat myself twice to the girl making my sub. She was too busy talking to other employees. Id never go here again nor recommend it to anyone! I almost walked out and went somewhere else!

I go to this subway once a week and the service is great! All the employees are well trained, the work area is kept clean, and the food is divine. The setting is also very pleasant. I would definitely recommend it!

Standard Subway offerings. Nice staff and quick service. The store is on the smaller side so they have a little less seating, but theres always a free table, even at peak hours.
