First time trying a Potbelly Restaurant. The staff was very helpful with our choices especially the sandwich specialist. He really enjoyed helping us make the right selections. The restaurant was very clean and we are eager to go back and eat again.

Unorganized, uninterested and unprepared...every time I go I regret it. Last night, was the last time for sure. I have nothing good to say about this location and I love Potbelly. I go for lunch all the time in Bethesda.
