So me and my family decided to give this place a try yesterday (09/08) for dinner. Lets say that this was the worst customer service we ever received and we wont be coming back. So these was issues that we had. 1.) The young male teenager was speaking so low we could barely hear him. He also did not have a complete understanding of the menu. For example we ask him for the root beer float and he had no clue to what we was talking about. Plus he was not a good listener because we requested that he bring our drinks out once the food was ready since they dont have a fountain machine but he brought them out instantly. 2.) It took a hour to make our food. Based off from what I observe everyone seem confused about the orders. Then another couple who came in after us received their order before us. 3.) No one was wearing gloves or hairnets but was constantly touching things that requires you to wash your hands after. For example the youngest teenager was running in and out of the cafe to the store but I never seen him wash his hands once. 4.) The food was very unappetizing, average, and wrong. Received chips instead of fries with my paradise burger that did not have bacon on it when it should had.

My boyfriend and I have been to Paradise Cafe for breakfast and lunch. Both times were incredible. Today was the best because we decided to go for lunch and after every staff member came over to us to see if we were ready to order, we only waited about 10 minutes to get our food. He had the buffalo wings. The sauce is made in house and you can tell. The chli peppers were fresh and we could tell because the pieces were bigger than you would get in a bottle at the grocery store. I had the philly cheesesteak. One word, EXCELLENT. Not only was the task phoenomenal, but the sandwich stayed hot the entire time I was eating. Im so used to food getting cold fast. I think the difference is that the plates are also kept hot so the food is not plopped onto a cold plate. The Chef was incredible. We saw him wash his hands several times and wipe the sweat off his head before he cooked anything and after touching something like a pen and a pad of paper. He came over to us to ask how everything was too. This is by far the best local place. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable about their food and they stand by the quality of it.

My husband and I came here to get brunch, but I was very disappointed with the whole experience. We walked in, were ignored, seated ourselves, were still ignored, and finally someone came to take our order. When I asked for eggs, I was told they stopped serving breakfast at 1pm (this wasnt on the menu). It was 1:05. If they had acknowledged us and taken our order when we had come in, it would have been before 1. Not only that, but we watched as they continued to make breakfast dishes on the grill behind the counter in plain sight, but still wouldnt let me order any eggs. I had pretty low expectations going in - this has always been a greasy spoon diner so Im not asking for anything fancy, but they couldnt even get the basics right. They get two stars because my husband said his sandwich was pretty good, otherwise this would be a 1-star review.

WONDERFUL FOOD AND SERVICE, ALL THE TIME. This gem of a cafe just reopened and has been renovated. The owner and servers are VERY attentive and personable. Maybe the menu is "limited" but theyve just opened and are still trying to see which items are most popular and adjusting their recipes based on customer feedback. For vegetarians, they have breakfast items and grilled cheese, fries, mozzarella sticks, and onion rings. Everything is cooked and prepared FRESH, on demand, for each customer, and its prepared carefully and attentively. If youre unsure about ordering an item, just ask for a sample and theyre happy to give you one! I love this cafe and its now one if my favorite places to eat.

We arrived at about 8pm on a rainy evening. I had a craving for a burger and good ol Google led us to Paradise (haha). Its walking distance from our home- perfect! Our cook, Ibrahim, was very friendly and our burgers were good. The fries and onion rings were delicious as well. Two burgers, fries, onion rings, and a chocolate shake cost only 20 dollars. We will go back.

We went to Paradise Cafe for dinner and breakfast - both were great! Its diner food so dont expect anything super healthy but the seasoning on their food is great. I usually have to salt and season breakfast foods from other chains like Bob Evans but their eggs, potatoes and buttered croissants were delicious. The owner is very friendly. Well be going back!

Absolute great food. Paradise burger was cooked on top of pineapple, onions and cilantro. A special aioli, bacon, cheese and fresh veggies tops it off. Pork tacos with a homemade secret tomatoe pepper relish, cilantro, lime and seasonings made these tacos ridiculously good. Fries were crispy, and chili had pieces of steak in every bite. 6 stars.

Went there earlier just to see what it was. Paradise Cafe is a small diner, with the usual stuff. I ordered a bacon burger (hold the cheese) and fries. The fries were fine, nothing objectionable. The burger... the bacon was just right... not too soggy, not too firm. and the burger itself was just GREAT. I want to drop by for breakfast sometime!

Wasnt too impressed with the food. They over peppered everything. The salsa on the Southwest Omelette was too sweet. We asked for peppers and onions with the home fries, which they didnt do. They didnt bring out toast with the one meal. Got a side of sausage they didnt bring out with our meals either. It was OK. But I wouldnt go there again.

I think the steak sub they make is one of the best I have ever had and I would and do go back just for that. The fries were really nice and crispy too. The gentleman who waited on us both times (Jim or Tim) was very polite and enthusiastic. We had 3 active children with us, and he handled the situation very well.

The cook did not wear gloves or wash his hands. After dealing with money, he made my food. It was disgusting and unsanitary. I will never go there again. Response to owner: I cant remember the day. The time was around 5:30 p.m. -6:00 p.m. , on a week day.and there was a taco special.

Great service. Good food. I have been served by 3 different people so far and all were awesome. Go across the street to the owners bar and have a drink or 2. I promise after 2 drinks you might not be able to walk back across the street.

A great place to eat. Breakfast is diverse with lots of choices for everyone in the family. From pancakes to eggs to french toast. And the lunches are mouth watering. I recommend a Bacon cheese burger special on a pretzel bun.
