I love coming here when its not crowded. As a writer, its a great place to work while my three-year-old plays with some new toys. When its crowded, its very loud and not necessarily conducive to having a quiet conversation or breaking out the laptop to get stuff done. My biggest beef is with the parents who bring their kids here and seem to view it as a break from having to supervise them or make them clean up after themselves. Ive watched kids behave poorly to one another, break the rules (posted on the wall), and get food all over the floor. For my child, following the rules and cleaning up your own messes is a condition of remaining at the café. I wish this was true for more people, especially when the place is crowded. It kind of stinks to be the enforcer, but I think something more may be needed from the folks working here if parents arent willing to self-police. Otherwise, this is a great spot and I wish there were more like it. We attended a private birthday party here and had a lot of fun as well.

This whole place is genius. You can sit and chat with friends while your kids play safely where you can clearly see them. They have all sorts of wonderful programs and support the local community. The food is soooooo good. The turkey Rachel is my favorite and my kids each have their usual when we go, too. I love the TV tray option for kids, too. So many healthy, kid friendly options. Everything is well thought out, from the toys they have, to the seating design, from the food to the details in the design of the space. Such an amazing addition to the neighborhood and city in general.

I went in the morning. Toys were a little dirty. Maybe if the owners work a little bit more of the play area set up will be great. I have a 11 months old baby and a 4 years old toddler, they liked it!. I ordered a turkey Swiss cheese sandwich to-go, it was great! In general is a great place to have a bite with a friend and let the kids play a little. Definitely I will come back.

Great food and coffee. The sandwiches are delicious and they make smoothies with real fruit instead of the sugary fruit packs. The play area is awesome for the under 5 crowd. You can actually relax and enjoy your coffee while your kid plays! They also have weekly events and do birthday parties.

I highly recommend the Play Cafe. This is an amazing idea for parents with little ones. Cafe in the front, play area in the back. Food and drinks are delicious, portions were great and the service is friendly. You definitely need to check this out!

Great place for young kids, toddlers, and babies to get some social play time, and for parents to relax (a little). Food is good and healthful. Service is accommodating and friendly, considering the insane demographic it courts.

I have nothing bad to say. The grilled cheese is enough to make me keep coming back, and the TV tray for the kids is a brilliant idea. They even let you customize it, so your kids dont waste a thing!
