TL;DR - Ordered chicken wings online. - Paid at the store with card. - Did not receive correct wings. - Wanted refund but Seporia argued she contacted me for new order and did not give me a refund. - Waited 1 hour for another manager, Maria, to come and finally give me a refund. I decided to order traditional chicken wings online. After I ordered, I went to the store, paid and waited for my order to come. I realized something was wrong when the employee/manager, Seporia, said something about a call and just left to go in the kitchen without explaining anything. Confused, I talk to another employee to find out what was happening. It turned out my order was never made because they did not have traditional chicken wings and instead Seporia was making boneless wings. I then told Seporia that I do not want those wings but she argued saying she called and texted me and that I said it was fine to cook them. I never received a call or text from Pizza Hut. I argued that I want my money back and she stated no because she was making what I wanted. I realized that the order had the wrong phone number (my fault for not double checking online) so she called and texted a different person entirely. However, she kept arguing that she called and texted me and did not give me back the refund on the card. So, I had to wait for 1 hour for the second manager to come in. Finally, another manager, Maria, arrived, respectfully asked me what was the issue, and refunded me the money.

Terrible experience, on multiple occasions! We have given this location the benefit of the doubt multiple times, I am not normally one to post reviews.. But it has been that bad. Weve had our order delivered incorrect, in terrible shape (box smashed in, all toppings slid on to one side) more than once. And its late every single time. We live .2 miles away. Not one time have they showed any compassion or given us a refund. Always claiming the manager is not in (not sure how that is allowed). Horrible. Not even worth a try.

Sorry, but I have to give a 2/5 star rating. Took 1 hour to deliver on a night they said was "not busy" and will Take 30 Minutes. Add a $4.00 delivery charge that doesnt even go to the delivery driver. Then, the driver said they were the only driver. Sounds like terrible management. They should be worried that corporate will find out about sub-par standards that are simple to accomplish. Luckily my $20 order for 1 stuff crust pizza was good, or they would have earned the 1 star.

Weve continually had trouble with this place. The pizza is inconsistent (not cooked long enough frequently), and the employees have given varying totals on the same exact order SEVERAL times. We complained to management about the price issue. The employees accountable were fired, so that was good. Maybe its just Pizza Hut in general, but we prefer to get our pizza from just about anywhere else than this place.

I ordered a pizza for me and my room mate and it said it would take around 30 minutes but 30 minutes went buy and no pizza came. I called the pizza hut the next day and they tried to make it seem like I was lying. If you are ever considering ordering from this location think again the order may not come or if it does come the order might be messed up or late

Multiple times our order has been messed up. The newer management is the worse. I got tired of things coming to me wrong, so I went to pick up. They said 20 minutes, I was there in 40 minutes. They gave one of my pizzas away and made me wait longer. While there, another customer came for pickup and they couldnt find any of her order. To Papa Johns I go.

I ordered 2 large peperoni pizza dippers at 2 pm to be ready at 4pm. They were ready, but they were cold and hard! I live 5 mins from this pizza hut! So they should not have been cold and hard. Also staff was very unfriendly! I will never go back to this pizza hut again.

Horrible experience didnt get what I had ordered. Be careful when ordering from this store its the worse I have EVER experienced. I wouldnt even give it a one star if I could give - stars I would. I will never order from this store again. Good luck to anyone that does.

Pretty awful. They never have delivery drivers, and will not update the website to reflect it. They make the wrong pizzas 4 out of 5 times. The staff is rude and argumentative.
