My co-workers and I thought it would be a good idea to order from the Chipotle right across the street from our work yesterday at 3:00pm. We thought we would be able to place the order and then one of us would drive across arundel mills blvd., and pick up the order with no issues. I went over there at 3:30 (the suggested pick-up time) and proceeded to wait and wait and wait. Then finally get some sort of service from the girl at the register. She was incredibly rude and dismissive. I could not believe her attitude. She told me to wait while they prepared the food, off to the side of the line, then rang out 3 more customers, then said "okay, its $37.00" then I handed her the money. Then she left to the back without any explanation or receipt. Then a few minutes later returned and handed me a bag full of food. I asked her if she was sure this was everything on the order, and she just looked at me and then gestured to the next customer to come forward, and ignored me. So, I drove back across the street, and low and behold when I get back and we look through the bag, half the food is missing! My co-workers were livid. They called the Chipotle and asked to speak to a manager and they said the manager wasnt there but to call back tomorrow (now today). They said to just come back and theyd give us the rest of our food that we ordered and paid for. EXTREMELY INCONVENIENT! Now its been an hour at this point since I had made the original order and I begrudgingly go back a second time to get the rest of the food, wait for a parking spot, go it, wait in another line, get up to the register, and the cashier (Eustasia) was continuing to ignore me and act incredibly rude. She wouldnt say a word to me and Im standing right in front of the register, looking right at her, saying "Excuse me! Hello?!" No response. Then one of the women prepping food, saw that I was being ignored and came over and asked how she could help me and I told her what items had been missing from our order, she apologized and got the rest of the food made and handed it to me. I asked again to talk to someone in charge, a manager, supervisor, anyone and was told again to call back another day. Ive never been treated so badly by anyone in any type of service industry as I was by this cashier. Truly horrible!

Wells, my company lives on reviews, we love it when our patients leave a feed back, i love chipotle dont get me wrong. I went there on Friday 8/8/14 2 6;05 pm as i always do sometimes after work. The line is always long i never mind the wait because i am organic & vegan. But this is what happen as i came up to line to order the young Spanish girl was clean the iron to that heats the burrito, she was using a green pad back & forth. The saddest thing is that she place the green pad on the the food YES the stack of burritos, and didnt even change her glove from sink to heating iron, i said can you change your glove and she started laughing i said thats not funny!!!!!!!!!! People are eating that. She didnt even move i request a manager, she came and and said that she cleaning the iron, well i said i dont know about the rest in line but that not clean and this is people health and this is no longer clean and sanitize. The manager did what i request after i insisted on changing her gloves & not using the stack of dirt burrito that the girl had place the dirty cleaning pad on. I now wonder how clean are they preparing our foods. i love chipotle. i dont think i be back the to eat, i normally by 3-4 times a weeks :::::(

I go here a lot because this location is located a block from my house and I enjoy the food. Unfortunately, this location consistently sucks compared to others. If you go there and wait in line, it takes MUCH longer for them to get people through the line than any other Chipotle I have been to. By far. A lot of times customers standing in line actually make remarks to other customers about how ridiculous the wait is. And the funny part is, generally there are at least EIGHT people working behind the counter, so I have no idea what the hold up is. In order to escape the monstrous lines that dont move, I have placed my order online the past two times I have gone. BOTH times my order was wrong. I really dont understand how it is difficult to read an online order? It seems pretty clear when I review it. The first time I ordered chips & guac... no guac. The second time I ordered chips & guac... guac on the side and guac on my burrito bowl (which I did not order, since I like it on the side) and no chips... What the heck? Plus so much green salsa that it leaked out all over the bag and made my bowl so spicy I could hardly eat it. Save yourself the annoyances and go to Columbia... Thats what Ill be doing.

This has to be the worst Chipotle location in the Baltimore area. The staff is consistently rude to customers. The last time I dealt with this location was from an online order I placed. So I get there at the specified time for the order only to find out that the order was not prepared. So, I ask the attended for my food only for him to say, "we are too busy right now. Wait." So 10 minutes later my food is prepared. Funny, I could have stood in line and I would have received my food quicker. Once I get my order, I double check it and the order is WRONG. I have to go back only for the cashier ARGUE with me that they created the right order. I am sorry, I know that crunchy tacos are a little different than a burrito. I ended up giving them back the food and declining the charge. Save yourself the hassle, Potbellys is right next door...

I ordered online for an 11:15 pickup today, and could not be more disappointed. I had three meals on my order, each meal had about 1/2 an order of every item, seriously I had next to no rice, chicken, salsa, or sour cream. This was for ALL THREE orders. I also ordered cheese on all of them, and I got cheese on only one order. How is this even possible? You know when you are busy. Put in the time and effort for your customers, instead of charging them $25 for three meals that have the amount of food for 1.5 meals. Dont jip the customers who try and help by ordering online for a time in advance just because they cant watch you make the food. I go to this Chipotle a lot and usually have no issues with the service or amount of food, but I am usually ordering in person versus online, but this time, I am highly disappointed. Please do better.

I can not believe how miserly, stingy and just plan cheap your store in Hanover is. My wife and I were regulars there we would go there at least one or twice a week. However once they starting cutting back on the contents, we also started cutting back on our visits. My visit today was the last straw. I had to ask the staff member three (3) times for beans! The amount of bean looked like a tablespoon. Bean what can that cost pennies Im sure. He then tried to give me some Sofritas from the bottom of the container, which looked like it had been sitting there for hours. My order was to go, I asked for two salad dressing, instead I got zero. My fault, I such have checked my bag before leaving.
