We try to get to Willows once a week because the food is so good and the people are so nice -- a real family atmosphere. Their salads are extraordinary and you can pick and choose what you want in one -- my favorite is the chef salad with feta cheese (instead of mozzarella) and greek dressing. Everything is so fresh! Pizza and sandwiches are the best -- particularly the hot pastrami with roasted peppers and cheese on marble rye bread. And Jens coleslaw is the best (ask her about her recipe). Best lunch place in Cumberland county!

Would have loved to have tried the pizza, I hear it is great. But we sat down, waited quite a while. Waitress finally came over and asked if we wanted kids menu. After saying yes, she went off, other people were seated, they got drinks, she served others, but we never got kids menus or had our drink order taken. Really disappointing. Quality of food cant make up for bad service. We walked out and no one even noticed or cared...:(

Roommate and I got a Hawaiian with Carm. Onions. This is by far one of the best pizzas I have ever had. Cheese, sauce, topping placement, crust, cook time, general composition: All amazing. We did not eat in but I can assure the staff, we will be back (probably many times). I cannot rain down enough praise. Thank you, to all involved, for an amazing pizza!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Food all around the table was very good. They had a very nice sweet marinara that I loved on my calzone. Service was also good, we sat outside. The kitchen burned my calzone and the waitress, instead of bringing it to me and having me be disappointed or complain, gave me my beer for free and had them make me a new one without hesitation. Thats good service.

A great place to dine in, with great service to match...but delivery service leaves much to be desired. Tried delivery three times (to be fair), and each time took almost an hour, and food arrived cold, sandwiches were soggy, and food was all smooshed - like it had been at the bottom of the delivery pile. Eating in restaraunt is your best bet.

Willows Pizza South Portland, Maine: Superb pizza and excellent lasagna. Dave, Jen and Abby provided great, friendly service. Not fancy, but among the best pizza we’ve ever had. So good, in fact, that we went out of our way to eat there one last time before we headed home to Texas. Mom and Pop sorta place we love.

I absolutely love Willows. The food is delicious. I was blessed enough to have worked at willows at the old location and it was always a blast. Some pretty great people work there. David the owner is a riot and was a blast to work for he is a very caring person.

Were moving from South Portland and well miss Willows the most! My wife and I have eaten there once a week for the last seven years. Were only going to Saco, but I bet well still stop by. The pizza is just too good not to!

All finished with our food and water has been out before we even got our dinner, still our waitress has not been over to check on us since taking our order. Very poor service. Only 2 stars because the food was good.

Amazing! Flavorful! We had grinders, pizza, lasagna and calzones. My husband said he hadnt had a grinder this good in 20 years! Folks, this is the place youre looking for!
