I have a heart condition which requires I have little to no salt at all. I travel extensively for work which makes it almost impossible to find restaurants that can serve me healthy choices with limited salt. Tonight I went into the S Portland Maine location and requested grilled chicken with pasta seasoned in olive oil and garlic powder. The manager did not have plain garlic powder but sat down and asked me what my restriction was so he could help. He found another season to use that would limit my salt. He was fabulous. Olive Garden has great dishes and wish I could eat them as they were intended but honestly my life depends on these restrictions. I knew I could depend on them to provide me a fresh, tasty and healthy option for me. I can not thank him enough for the time and care he took with my order.

Went last night. Friday night at 8:00 and the place was pretty dead. That should have been a red flag! Walked in and there were 3 girls at the front and the girl who seemed to in charge was making out with her boyfriend! Another red flag for sure!! Waitress was super friendly . Ordered the appetizer which was good and quick. The entree was aweful. It was dried out ravioli which tasted like it was previously frozen. The tortellini was tasteless unless you count the abundance of salt! We didnt eat any more than a bite of each thing!! Salad was great.... The one thing that didnt need to be cooked was the only thing worth going for! After the tip (waitress was good) the meal was 73.00 !!!! For 2 people . I know I have spent that much before but the food was at least edible !!!

Awesome job our waiter was great. Always have an excellent time when we come in here. Wish Biddeford was still open. Our waiter Guy has done an awesome job. The manager was helpful. I had a free appetizer or desert coming from signing up on website I couldnt find it but the manager honored it. Overall wonderful visit. We still miss the fact that your no longer in Biddeford as we dont get to come in as often as we use to.

I had a spaghetti and meat sauce and as usual it was delicious, our waitress was wonderful and really the only complaint I have is the fact that there is no hot water in the bathroom when you go to wash your hands, if customers are washing in cold water then the staff must be too, other than that its a wonderful place to eat and I will continue to patronize this place.

Sometimes you just want something familiar. This is a good Olive Garden. The layout is familiar and the food is good but usually too much to eat. We havent visited one in more than 3 years and were surprised to see tablets sitting on each table. We turned ours around and noticed other diners did the same. The waiter did a good job and the tablet wasnt required.

So my husband ordered my favorite which is cheese ravioli marinara sauce you guys gave us meat sauce I dont do meat sauce not impressed at all maybe next time you guys might want to get it right weve been coming to you guys for years since you guys open and not very happy with this at all you might want to do better or youll end up going down like most food chains

This Olive Garden is great! The service is exceptional from the very friendly hosts at the front to the waiter. Our waiter Joe was so attentive to conversations that he picked up on my wifes pickiness that he was able to cater to her and make her meals so much better. Definitely recommend this restaurant if you dont mind the cost which was also very reasonable.

Disgusting food and horrible service. That about sums it up. Our food looked like garbage - dried up and burned chicken, stale breadsticks, flavorless sauce - and the server couldnt have been less interested. Hey, if you wanna pay big bucks for this crap, take my seat. I hope they close down like they have in Biddeford - good riddance to bad rubbish.

Tried the Eggplant Parmesan Breadstick sandwich, fries and all you can eat salad. WINNER !!!! Great choice off the Lunch Duo menu with a great price. Abby G ( server extrordinaire ) was wonderfully attentive and right at the table when we needed anything. Check out the South Portland OG and tell Pam, the Manager, that Karen sent you !

This is by far the best olive garden I have ever been to. Very prompt and polite. My appetizers didnt make it out until after my main course and the manager insisted he waive the fee, which was not needed because I was okay with the food coming out late. But he was very nice to me and my girlfriend and I will return because of him.

Good atmosphere. Fast service, friendly and courteous staff. The problem with this place is the cook. The bread sticks are awful. Subpar when compared to all other Olive Gardens. The Chicken Marsala was bland and poorly made. Replace the chef with someone who can cook and youll have an excellent restaurant. I wont be going back.

Terrible.."25 minutes wait really was 35 minutes. Then seated for 10 minutes more then water. Then 35 minutes later meals no appetizers forgot it and the wrong soup. To top if off tried to get check to pay took 15 more minutes. So we arrived at 1:15 and paid at 2:57. Oh and they dropped a big salad bowl on a customer head.

The food is great but the kitchen.staff are so loud u could hear everything that was said in there and if that wasnt bad enough all of the wait staff that werent working would stand around next to my table and loudly talk about their weekend plans as if I wasnt even sitting there trying to eat. Its was a very unpleasant

We went there at noon. The store was packed and still got timely service and great food. The waitress was always coming to check on us and be ready if we needed anything and although it was only her first week both my girlfriend and I were very impressed. Been here before, and definitely coming back!

Went for lunch and got the meatball sandwich, breadsticks, and unlimited salad. Best part was the salad. Meatballs were actually frozen meatballs you can buy at any grocery store! An Italian restaurant! Breadsticks were also hard and no flavor. Service was okay. Definitely not worth it.

My husband and I usually visit this location for special occasions. However, their prices have dropped through the years making it more affordable to visit more often. They have amazing food for decent prices and they have a family friendly environment with amazing customer service.

Its Olive Garden-- you know exactly what youre in for. Decent service, and lots of Southern Italian-style food for a reasonable price. Its not amazing, but its a good value and if you leave your pretensions at the door its a fun lunch with your relatives.

If you want a delicious and awesome dinner or lunch, this is the place. It might be a little expensive, but it pays of because the food is great. Also, the waitresses are friendly and they care about you getting what you want.

Large servings of food. Occasionally there have been undercooked dishes, but they made it right by cooking a new dish. Very friendly wait staff, never had to wait to be seated, clean bathrooms and nice italian food.
