This Starbucks just has an awesome staff, Ive been going for a long time. When staff is memorable it must be good- I used to frequently see a ridiculously nice red-headed girl and now there is a small very kind guy who have seen often, both of whom just seemed to remember me (whether they actually do or not). Occasionally its a bit chilly, so bring a sweater if in for a stay, and there is (I think?) only one set of wall outlet, but wifi works good and chairs are comfy enough. Probably the best bathrooms out of any Sbucks have been in (Sbucks notoriously known for single dirty unisex but this location has two stalls in both male&female, and the females has been clean every single time). The seatings not perfect and the layout/designs not novel, but it is a reliable and friendly location every time I visit. By far better than most others.

Great coffee. Can be slow to get sometimes but it is only during the busier rushes. It doesnt really matter where you go for coffee @ 9am, chances are it isnt going to be to you in 2 min. ALWAYS have great customer service at this location. I also work in the food industry so I understand that mistakes happen sometimes, no big deal. The select few times I have had any issue at the Saco location they fixed my problem and compensated me for my trouble. The only knock I can find against any Starbucks, is just the cost. It can be a little pricey sometimes, but this is definitely a situation where you get what you pay for. And Starbucks Cafe Verona is all we ever seem to make at home. When I can afford it, hands down the best choice for coffee anywhere around.

The girl at the register was more concerned with other things besides taking my order. The girl making the drinks looked like she had no desire to be working and when i asked for a drink carrier for my 3 drinks it was like i had asked her to carry them to my car for me! She snipped that shed get it when she had a second. When she finally got it i said thank you, all i got was a dead stare and a scowl. Not a good experience at all.

The barristers in this place tend not to care about getting your drink right. They like to tell you how it comes out rather than making sure you get what you want. Fill cup only 3/4 and the rest foam, like it or not. Thats if they get the rest right. It just seems to get worse on each visit. Get far better drinks and service at the Target SBux down the road.

Good coffee every time I come here. And they always taste the same which is a plus, hate it when you find a coffee you really like and then its never the same. Of course its your typical Starbucks pricing but what do you expect there? Friendly service, but drive through can be SUPER slow when its busy.

Always great coffee. However Physical layout of parking lot and drive thru dont help the morning commuter. There is just not enough room for parking and drive thru. If you use the drive thru please be mindful of people trying to leave and make space.

I dont particular love Starbucks but this one appeared well used and not kept up with. Probably the most run down Starbucks Ive been too. Tea was good though and the staff were competent.
