I am beyond disappointed in the customer service I received this morning. When my mom and I first walked through the doors, the hostess did not greet us and had much attitude after I had said good morning to her first. After she had acknowledged me, she informed me that there was a wait so we decided to eat breakfast at the bar. Once we sat down, the girl in the back greeted us and gave us each a glass of water. After sitting there for at least 15 mins, we had to flag down an employee to get the bartender to take our order. He told us to wait because he was taking another order on the opposite end of the bar. When he eventually came over to take our order, he didnt apologize for the wait and wasnt very pleasant about taking our order. A couple minutes after the bartender took our food and drink order, we received our iced coffees. My moms coffee was fine but my mocha was very bitter, barely had any chocolate and was not mixed well. So, I flagged down one of the baristas to have her fix my drink which she had attitude in the process, as well. When I she came back with my drink, it tasted the same. I gave up and pushed the drink aside. Shortly after, we received our food which looked and tasted very delicious; however, we had no napkins or silverware. Once again, we had to flag down an employee for those things. We enjoyed our food but the bartender, not once, checked on us to see if we needed anything or how our food was. At that point, we were very furious and upset with the customer service we received. We did inform one of the employees of the issues we had with the service we received. We appreciate the fact that she listened, understood our concerns and was very apologetic. We understand it was a very busy morning but they need to be able to handle the stress of a rush and be more attentive to their customers. Also, the young lady that was working the back of the house was very pleasant and needs to be in the front of the house to assist thoses that do not know how to provide excellent customer service. Its a shame that the food was so good but I will not visit this restaurant again because of the terrible customer service and rude employees.

The food was very fresh and overall very good. My wife and I shared the chef spring rolls which were light and delicious. I had the cheeseburger sliders and my wife had the fish "shrimp" tacos. Our server was very nice and attentive. The drinks were also very good. I did find this restaurant a little on the pricey side for both drinks and food with a somewhat limited menu. Although very good, the reason I got the cheeseburger sliders was because nothing else was really standing out; but that is obviously my own preferences and not a reflection on the quality of the food and service. Overall, we had a good first experience and look forward to going back for drinks. Thank you!

Im very picky about my coffee & Beetlebung exceeds my expectation! I can taste they use very hi-quality coffee bean, simply the BEST in the island. And I cant get enough of their "Quitsa", a wildcaught, handpicked New England crab & Vermont cheddar Panini severed seasonal only. Its a must have Panini, if youre in the island, cant get it anywhere else! Delicious and ideal for lunch. Highly recommend!

Hip upscale coffee house, bar, and restaurant. Service is really friendly, maybe a little fast. Loved the summery watermelon gazpacho, garnished with some of the fattest, juiciest grilled shrimp Ive tasted in a while. The curried lobster sliders were tasty but the brioche buns were powdery and dry. I liked the quirky filet mignon poutine, odd but delicious.

Serves brunch everyday 10am-3pm If you get your bloody Mary spicy, its very spicy, Monte Cristo breakfast sandwich was delicious, when I went there for brunch employees were friendly got seated right away and had prompt service, also a great place to just pop in and grab a really good coffee to go Love the dark chocolate bungachino

I dont normally write reviews, but this place is fantastic. The drinks and food here are incredible. I have been coming to the Vineyard for years and each time this is a must visit. If you are ever in the area this is hands down the place to visit

When you ask to speak to a manager to solve a problem, its usually for a settlement... Not an argument. The manager we spoke to was very rude and repeated that they are the "best." Yet they cannot offer their "best" noodles a little less spicy.

Very tasty food. My wife and I eat out a lot in NYC and L.A. And this place would do great in either of those places as well. Great fusion recipes, duper wait staff.

Helpful staff explained that the macchiato was not like the kind you get at Starbucks. Good thing too! It was excellent! The beans behind the shots were fresh.

A new island favorite. Excellent coffee and brunch options. Sublime bloody Mary too. Nice branding and swag as an alternate to the dog of blackness.

Tables are restricted to customers buying food. If you just want a cup of coffee even if all their tables are empty youre not allowed to sit down.
