So good! This place is tucked away on a side street in Old Port and packs some serious foodie flavors into its unassuming doors. The tots are fantastic... Perfectly crisp with awesome topping choices... We had the early bird which has hot sauce, maple mayo, a Sunnyside up egg, and cheese for a great flavor combo. The hot sauce (sriracha-esque but homemade) adds a sweet and hot vinegary punch that absolutely makes this dish. The beefsquatch was equally fantastic... if Indian and Mexican flavors gave birth to a gyro, this would be it. So fresh and full of flavor. Each bit starts crisp and fresh and build to a hot and complex explosion in your mouth...a must try. My wife also has the farmer Tess, which was quite good... Very light and fresh with a blend of great flavors.

Blue Rooster Food Company makes some tasty gourmet hot dogs and tater tots. I tried the Tokyo Drift hot dog which had Japanese inspired toppings (their website lists the specific toppings- I cant remember now) and also got the poutine tater tots. Regarding the poutine, the cheese curds were not squeaky and rubbery at all like a real Canadian curd would be, but they were still good with the tater tots. Service was friendly.

Blue Rooster is one of my favorite places to grab lunch in the Old Port. Their menu is really wild; lots of fun and interesting things to choose from. I love the falafel, sweet chili brussel sprouts, and buffalo tater tots! Only downside is that there isnt a lot of seating, so plan accordingly.

The tots are amazing, fun atmosphere. The hot dog with kimchi was cold because the kimchi was pulled right from the fridge and put on top. If they where to heat up the kimchi it would have made a world of difference. The guys working there are really friendly and I would go there again.

Amazing menu and specifically the tator tots, fresh ingredients you can really taste. A few beers on tap, but the simple menu doesnt disappoint at all. The interior is a little small to attempt to eat in, but you can always get it to go on a nice day.

I consider this to be a real hidden gem in the city. Many locals dont seem to know where it is. Make sure you arent one of them. Great hot-dogs, tater-tots and comfort food to beat the band. Prices are well above fair too. I highly recommend it!!!

Good tot-tines man. Like ridiculously good. The three little pigs? Great pork, especially the pork belly (so tender, mmm with extra mmm). Cheese curds were legit and the gravy was refreshingly flavorful without being too heavy or salty.

Not a fan. Ive been here 3 times because so many people claimed it was awesome. I wasnt impressed. They cater to the late night drunk crowd. I got to see some idiot puke all over the table last time I went.
