The wait staff ladies are very rude, and prices seem to change over the phone. They do not try to help out their customers, and you feel like your intruding if you eat in. Its not a welcoming place. The pork is always fatty, so its picked out from everything. Dont get the meat in it you say......well thats extra to not add the meat. The place is freezing, and Im meaty, so thats saying something, because normally I sweat walking to the bedroom from my livingroom. Sodas are small and no refills. the combination meal add ons are 1.75-2.00 depending who you talk to, and you cant order 2 of the same add ons....why? I would choose this last on my list of chinese dining, and I do, however this is my moms favorite place, go figure.

Ok the food isnt horrible, but the service is pathetic. I wanted my doggy bag to go and they took the HUGE amount of rice I had left over and put only a little in a small cup and gave it back to me. If I buy food..and I want to take it home with me...I expect to have ALL of my food in the doggy bag. Not a very small portion of whats left over. ALSO they made us pay for the extra plate just so that my boyfriend could have a little of my rice..thats just not good business. We will not be going back there. Besides the atmosphere isnt very good either.

I am a Chinese in Bangor, and have been there twice. The first time, the rude services I thought they were acceptable, because the two women got a kind of ages, not very good at English too. But the second time, one of the lady really made me mad, I found that her rude attitude has nothing related with her ages or English, it is related with her education, no mater from her family or school. Trust me,I will tell everybody I know never been there anymore!!!

We have been dining at China Harbor for quite some time now. It has gotta be Bangors best kept secret. The food is superb, the atmosphere is quiet and friendly. Just because there are not lines out the door doesnt mean their food isnt the BEST. As I said I think its one of the best little places tucked away on Main St in Bangor. You are CRAZY not to check them out, its really good eats!

One of the best Chinese Restaurants in Bangor. Mainly a take-out restaurant, but it has a very large dining room with above average decor. The prices are very competitive and the pork fried rice actually has pork in it, unlike many Chinese Restaurants which do not. A must stop for anyone attending the Waterfront Concerts and/or Hollywood Slots.

American Chinese food. Price is higher than New York, the older woman is rude with attitude. First time me and my friends come to this town and so happy to see a Chinese restaurant, the woman acting she dont want any customers come. While Im waiting for my food to go, hear her lies to others over the phone.

I will typically order take-out from China Harbor, so I can not say how the service is in the restaurant. However, the food is decent for a decent price. I have never had a bad experience with their food, but I have also never been particularly blown away by it either.

Though the food is good when you call to order take out the woman on the phone is very very rude. I would have said screw it if I wasnt so hungry. I will never order from them again. They truly need training on customer service
