Not to happy with my order. Waited 20 mins in line, got to the register to order our food. Upon placing our order the cashier tried multiple times to convince us to buy beverages when we specially declined every time. After ordering, we waited another 10 minutes for our to go order. We left, got to our car and come to find out that they gave us the wrong type of sandwich and the wrong type of cheese had we even ordered that sandwich. The chicken and bread was really soggy, did not offer any sauce at all, also did not offer or mention where to get napkins. This place was so busy we didnt want to wait another 20 mins just to get the correct order. Im a first time customer to Chic-Fil-A and not sure if I will go back to this specific one or not. Not a Happy customer, and this place is so busy they probably dont even care!!

where do I start...every Wednesday sinse they opened I got 2 sausage burritos for 5.90.then drove to bk to get hash browns because chick fil a charged 1.59 and put 6 hash browns in a small container.imagine my surprise when I pulled up this morning to find out the cost went up to 8.10 because they changed the way they make the burrito.well,it turns out the difference from old to new is they added the overpriced hash browns to the burrito.my guess is they couldnt sell the hash browns so they were added to the burrito for a dollar more.not only is that wrong it takes away from the taste.there are dozens of breakfast places to go to chic fil a will not be one that I use in the future.#highpricedhashbrownhidder.

Staff is typically friendly and the restaurant is clean, but the service, specifically the drive-thru is quite slow. There are two drive-thru lanes but orders are taken one at a time regardless of which lane youre in. So whats the point of having two lanes? The drive-thru is not usually busy, but be prepared to wait at least 8-10 minutes regardless if youre the first or second person in line. I have been multiple times over the last couple of months and this has been the case every time. Not a deal breaker but very annoying considering the drive-thru is supposed to be quicker. After the long wait be prepared to have one or more things missing from your order.

Five star service!!! I love chick fil A anytime, but this one in Bangor had exceptional service. The guy that took our order at the drive thru was extremely respectful and spoke clearly, the girl at the window chatted w/ us while we waited on the food (just a couple minutes), the BBQ chicken on a bun and the chicken strips were fantastic. I love the things Chick- fil- A stands for, and I dont mind spending the extra dollar at a place where people genuinely act like its their pleasure to serve you. Way to go, guys! You cook great chicken! :)

I had gone there on 3/7/17 I had to wait while the employees took a dab photo with Mister cow hahaha a cow is a female. Anyway I ordered the original sandwich and Southwest soup to go. Got home filet was so much smaller than bun and I just dont know what all the hype is about. I thought it was flavorless. The soup was more like a chicken chili and not bad I had to get that because they were out of their signature chicken noodle soup REALLY! I would not recommend and not go back.

The food here is consistently good, but it is the customer service that keeps me coming back. Whether inside or through the drive through, every time I am greeted cheerfully, given service with a smile, and any mistakes are fixed politely and with a whoops, sorry about that, unlike other fast food places that make you feel like asking them to fix their mistake is a huge inconvenience.

Great atmosphere, people and quality. Some of the best chicken on the planet. For those complaining that they dont open on Sundays there is a reason. They are a Christian run company and Sundays are for their employees to enjoy the day off and go to Church. How many fast food restaurants do that at the expense of profits? High character company.

Very friendly staff. I have very weird allergies and they were able to pull up a list of ingredients, so i could read them. Its too bad that I can not eat the grilled chicken.. my husband informed me that i cant use the bathrooms. All he could smell is citrus. The spicy chicken was very good. However due to my allergies i will not be returning.

Update June 28th, the Gluten Free Buns are here! Tasted a bit like corn bread. Contains Corn, Potato, and Sorghum. Awesome service - they put my sausage burrito in a bowl, without the wrap, without blinking an eye. The fruit cup is awesome, and a vanilla ice coffee rounds out my breakfast. "Ice, ice, baby"

Everyone is always so polite, service is prompt, food is a little more expensive than other fast food stops around, but its very well done. Get the Chick-fil-A sauce for your fries. Or hash browns. Or sandwich. Or to take home. Seriously its good stuff.

Im from Canada and we dont have Chick-fil-A, so today was my first time and I was impressed. This specific restaurant was very clean with friendly service and the food was surprisingly excellent! Thank you for the delicious meal.
