These guys really need some help. Ive been here 24 minutes. Only one person servicing the line. Drive thru guy is killing it. I stood in line for almost twenty minutes. While standing in line watching the drive thru guy go through a whole a pan of chow mein. So I had to wait for five minutes while some more was prepared. I was offered a free drink while I waited. Ten minutes later I was told the noodles were ready. Of course when the lady asked what I would like I had to remind her of my order from ten minutes prior. Unfortunately while I waited for the noodles they ran out of one of the other items I had ordered. She apologized and told me that I they werent going to make any more for the evening. I was pretty irritated. I waited patiently half an hour and Im leaving with nothing. Ive been eating there for a while and slow service is common. Theyre consistently slow in the evenings. There had to be six people behind the counter and only one serving guests.

After waiting 20 minutes to place an order via drive thru I get up to the window and pay for my meal. Then the cashier says can you pull up to the doors we are just waiting on an item. I pull up over 20 minutes later I finally pull into a parking spot and go in. My food is over by the register and I ask when had they planned on bringing it to me as I had been waiting for over 20 minutes. The cashier says to me, I havent been waiting for that long to which I show her the timestamp on my receipt that proves my statement and then she goes on to state that after he finished straightening and cleaning he was going to bring it out. Really .... umm no that is crazy but that is how they operate there. I let them keep the food that I already was charged for as it was sitting on that counter for who knows how long. Consider it a donation for me never again coming there the food isnt that good to overlook horrible customer service.

Ive eaten here before. Its okay, not my favorite, but we needed something close by on the way to an appointment. We arrived at 11, and they open at 10:30. The worker who let us in the still-locked door could not have seemed more annoyed. Gosh, paying customers?! How annoying! Anyway... We order. Fay, who Im assuming is the manager, helped put our order together. She was super sweet, nice, and accommodating. We sit down. Fay then comes out to tell a sitting employee that he must clock out during his ten minute break. He gets up and does it, but comes back to say something rather rude about her to a fellow employee. Because, you know, how dare you not pay him for not working? Gosh! All this to say, the food is okay, Fay is great, but some of the employees need an attitude adjustment!

this is supposed to be like the closest thing to fast food thats chinese around here. when ive gone through the drive through, there would be times that it seemed like it would take forever and then there were times when it seemed like it took just moments. its just like any other fast food place in that respect. the food is indeed good, not the best as far as chinese mind you but pretty good for chinese thats fast food. unless they screw up on something, like every restaurant is prone to do every once in awhile, then youll like it.

Drive thru sucks! Waited for 28 minutes before I got my food. Would have left after ten minutes but could not get out because they trap u in there with no way to exit except thru the line. My food is basically like warm. Not fresh. Wont be coming back unless management changes. Certainly will never get back in that horrid drive thru line again. Very dissatisfied!

By far the worst customer service. I am reduced to just getting something they havent fallen behind on making because other wise Ill sit there waiting for the food to get made and then once it is made they will serve all the people in the line before the customers yes plural who are waiting for their food. Horrible service. Day in and day out.

Had to wait 10 min just to get order taken in drive thru. Wanted the Beijing beef and the girl today me it would be about 8 min so I said nevermind give me beef with broccoli. Said OK pulled up and sat for 12 min and nobody came to the window to take payment and if I had to wait that long anyhow I could of got what I wanted. Screw you.

Good food, but the absolute worst service! Just sat in the drive thru for well over 20 minutes behind 3 cars, and every person that drove up to the drive thru board was asked to wait for several minutes. Theyclaim theyre short handed, but the service is always his bad or worse! Pass it and go to Jabez and Jabez down the road.

The food is good IF you ever get it. Every time we go there we have to wait for our orange chicken and then they forget to bring it, even after we asked for it multiple times. It seems that they just do not care about their customers. Waiting times for 30-40 minutes have been the norm for us.

I came in from out of town to see family and stopped by panda to eat a quick meal, and found the staff and management to be very kind and friendly. They greated us as we walked in and the food portions were very generous and fresh. Thank you to the wonderful staff for a great experience!

They dont understand what "white steamed rice" is apparently. Ive ordered it the last 3 drive throughs, and always received fried rice. Also, I was charged for 2 sides in each order while I only received 1 in each order. The food is good. Dont expect to get what you order though.

Rice & steak were good, but the staff was rude. They all seemed to be in a bad mood that night and didnt seem to worried about the customers and the drink station was sticky and nasty. Also its Chinese food!!! We asked for soy sauce and they said they only had 4 left.

Love Panda Express. Im from out of town and came to get some food and wound up waiting 15 minutes inside before even being acknowledged. Bad customer service. I came by the other night an hour before close as well and the drive thru was closed and got no explanation.

Honestly a hit or miss. Two occasions the drive through was closed which is annoying if you are looking for quick service. The food is great as long as you dont go near closing, as to be somewhat expected. I never know if its going to be good or mediocre service.

I have been sitting in the drive thru for 30 minutes. 2 cars ahead of me. Thats all. If you dont know how a drive thru works - learn. I tried to call the store but as luck would have it - the line is busy. I absolutely hate this place. I will not be back

Food was not fresh. Sitting out too long. Staff unfocused on service. My family will not be visiting again for a while until hopefully changes are made. I use to be in regularly but inconsistency in the food caused me to go elsewhere.
