They were unbelievably slow. There seemed to be plenty of people working yet they could not get food out in a timely manner. There was a long line waiting for food and an equally long line waiting to order. The employees would not acknowledge any of the guests waiting. I was one of seven people that walked out due to an unnecessarily long wait. Ive been to really great Einstein Bagels before, but this is not one of them.

The best bagels so far, in the Midwest. Closer t o the NY original delight that Ive found so far. Even better is their power and protein bread... delicious and nutritious. The best cream cheese around. Loved the store in Ellisville, MO.! I love places where you can eat outside. Judging f t om the long line, it seems that Uts many peoples favotite. Wirth the short drive from Des Peres.

Everytime we come they are out of everything bagels. Mine the orders for data and learn how to have what people want. Variety is great but not at the expense of having what the people want. Also, $3.99 for a 11.5oz orange juice. That would be the same as schnucks selling a 59oz bottle for $20. Get your act together

Very disappointing experience. Very little focus on cleanliness, customer service and food quality. There was a bread cart that was squeaking so loud that I couldnt hear the cashier. The sandwich I ordered lacked a couple of the advertised ingredients and was burned. Thats my first and last visit.

Love their breakfast sandwiches and its the only place around Ive found that carries garlic bagels. Prices are decent for a coffee house and staff is friendly. No place is perfect but if they mess something up they take care of it.

I quite enjoy Einsteins. The bagel selection is great. Breakfast sandwiches are even better. I dont know what it is with Einsteins, though. Just like the now closed Clayton/Woods Mill location, this place needs a DEEP CLEAN.

I know the bagels are great and extra moist, but I only have three stars because the coffee was sub-par. In fact, another patron was saying the exact same thing as he walked out with his coffee and sat down next to us. Too bad.

Simple and reliable! You can count on consistent food and good coffee! The menu changes a little here and there to keep it new. Its a great place for your daily coffee whether you have it with a friends or just a newspaper.

Plain bagels toasted with sun dried tomato cream cheese is the best!! The only problem i ever have here is when they get new people and they dont use enough cream cheese
