The manager is so rude! I ordered a 2pc spicy dark with red beans and butterfly shrimp meal. After paying for my food in the drive-they, I looked at my receipt. I saw that the cashier charged me for the cheddar biscuit shrimp, when I questioned her, she stated thats all they had. I was upset and told her that is something you should tell someone before order an item and pay for it. I accepted the order and went home and gave my husband his food to go to work. Once at work my husband sends me a picture of his food which was 3 wings, mashed potatoes, and mild! I tried calling the restaurant 4 times before going back. When I went back the manager was rude about the chicken and asked for it back. When I explained that it was with my husband at work, he rolled his eyes and said give her the chicken. He then looked at me and said "its chicken, its not that serious." I will never go to this Popeyes again! It is serious because it was my hard earned money spent here! The employees are rude as well!

Went through drive thru, gave us wrong drinks and order-- when we told them and gave it back, as we pulled out, realized they gave us a different wrong order and drinks and actually charged us more than we were supposed to. Awful

Horrible. While we were there an employee was arrested. The rest of the employees talked openly about it in front of customers. And creepy people were at tables waiting on instructions for some party. Horrible

This location had very friendly staff, fast service, accompanied by some very hot and delicious food. This is by far my favorite location outside of New Orleans. Love that chicken!
