This pizza Hut was outright horrible and the "so called owner - manager was RUDE and OBNOXIOUS! and thats putting it kindly. Her name is Ernestine and she is VERY unkind and very rude. This lady actually tried to put the blame on someone else (AMAZING). We ordered the Chicken - Bacon Parmesan with no tomato ad mushroom and a Pepperoni lovers with black olives. There was no chicken on the Chicken - Bacon and No Pepperoni on the Pepperoni Lovers, brought it back and I might add (got grilled for it) by Ernestine herself. Got replacements and they were still WRONG! NO MUSHROOMS AND STILL NO PEPPERONI. IN her words "WE WERE WRONG". SHOCKING HUH? DO NOT USE THIS PIZZA HUT.

I have never been so disappointed. We called and ordered at 7:15. After speaking to the manager about a glitch on their website I was able to order. Finally at 7:30 my full order had been taken. Was told delivery would be 30-45 minutes. It is now 9:32 and I just got my food. It is warm and pitiful looking. Can tell its been in a hot box.When I called to ask where the food was, they were very rude and said I called and changed my order and thats why it wasnt here. That definitely didnt happen. When I asked for his name he hung up on me. So rude. I would recommend NEVER using them! I will be calling corporate!

I am in a blind spot on all pizzahut maps on la 42 so I wanna say thank you to this store for always coming threw and bringing me my pizza even tho they have to bend the rules to serve me as a costumer the beautiful woman delivering my pizza was super sweet and the guy taking my order was super nice glad I called thanks pizza hut

Took 10 minutes on the phone and she couldnt type my phone number in. Another 5 minutes and she kept putting me on hold, would come back, and put me on hold again. So we just drove there. Took 10 minutes and she cant type my number properly without messing up so we just left. Clearly incompetent fools get hired here.

Called at 415 pm on a Sunday evening. When our pizza was delivered it was lukewarm and we live less than a mile from the store. We open it and if find they have the order wrong. Instead of pepperoni and mushrooms there was only mushrooms. This has happened more than once since they opened. Very disappointed.

I was pleased the first time. Now I join in with the others. Rude employees. Order was wrong so now we sit and wait for one to be made right. Driving 10 or 15 minutes elsewhere for pizza will be worth it.

The staff were extremely professional, the restaurant was almost spotless and my food was delicious. One of the best pizza places in the area, I would highly recommend this particular franchise to anyone.
