AWESONE EXPERIENCE!!!!!!! Day:. Aug 24,2017 TIME: Between 4:30-6:30pm Went with friends to celebrate my sons 7th birthday. Chef:. Tokeyo Manager: Mike What an amazing experience. Tokeyo was so entertaining and Mike was so personable and engaging. The food portions were bountiful. My MahTai was perfect. The wait staff was prompt and attentive. Ive been to this location before and I cant say enough how great our experience was and I review allot and very conservatively. We have tons of pics and videos. It couldnt have been better. The food tasted so yummy and we all took home doggy boxes. Wow! If I win the big Powerball I told Tokeyo he will be my live in chef. My son loved him throwing egg in his mouth even though he didnt catch one piece Tokeyo kept trying. Worth the money. Thank you staff for great memories. It was a 5-star experience. Well never forget it. Sky, Chase and friends.

The food was OK, just meeting expectations. The chef was great and enjoyable. He made the experience a two star versus the one I was going to give. The service of the waiter was terrible. The chef had to call him twice for refills. The biggest problem was the sushi we ordered. We asked for it to be done with soy paper. It came to the table and was done with seaweed. The waiter then acted as if he forgot we asked for soy paper and walked back to the counter where its made. He came back with the same sushi and said they were out of soy paper and they would take it off. My wife picked at it but ultimately 80% of it was taken away. We got the bill and we were charged for the sushi. When we asked about it we were told no, he meant they would take off the soy paper, not the sushi. Not a good experience overall.

I eat at this restaurant a lot. I always pick hibachi dining because i am on business trips and i dont prefer to eat alone, so I make friends with everyone at the table. The hibachi dining food varies with the chef/cook. Some just show off their knife throwing skills but dont pay much attention to what is cooking. The food is rather pricy, so the tips for the chef must be included as part of the show, i guess. I get the filet mignon, fried rice, and it includes soup, vegetables, and salad with ginger dressing. So my meal has varied from delicious to just OK. You get a lot, so i never leave hungry. I always go on weeknights, so perhaps it is different on the weekends.

Mothers Day...... so far so good waiting in parking lot for them to open..at 11:00 now waiting past 11 standing here like a bunch of cattle outside of door!! 6 minutes past..... Guess getting ready for crowd.. (they could have roped me in like Ants!!!) Great food great service!!!! Everything was awesome!! Im use to high end restaurants charging as high as $300. For the food these guys served..for the fraction of the price.....this place beats all of them.. Mom was definitely happy!! Could not have gone to a better place!!!!!

A little than longer wait time but ok! Food was good just right portions! Chef was very entertaining with kids! Food a little pricey but was looking for that because of the show thats put on! The reason I wont go back is the 18% they add if you have six or more. If you try it break up your groop you not only pay 18% its taxed too! That is the reason I vowed to not go back to Marias In Bogalusa I paid a tip on table then didnt notice it added to the ticket till later and that was 15 years ago!

The skinny little waitress was a b****! She wanted to sit my large family at a table with another family by moving furniture around and squeezing chairs in. She refused to let us sit at another table even though we accepted the longer wait. When we said no thank you, she proceeded to talk about us to the other customers loudly enough where we could hear. It doesnt get anymore unprofessional in any restaurant that I have ever eaten. We will NOT be back.

I brought my 2 year old son. He has a dairy allergy so eating out can be a challenge. At Osaka, the chef was AMAZING! We sat at hibachi grill, enjoyed our meal while the chef made absolutely sure to comfort me by asking prior to adding each ingredient to the grill (like shrimp, nuts, other common allergens). The food was amazing, price was fair and service was the BEST!

Went here for a birthday dinner and the air conditioner was out. No one bothered to let us know until we asked if they could turn the air down. It was a very disappointing and miserable experience. My husband couldnt eat and my brother-in-law became ill. Our poor waiter was very kind, but management was quite rude to us about the situation. We will not be back!

This place is horrible! The ceiling was leaking water. The menu prices are not correct, and when questioned about it they just said prices changed. No one offered apology or correction to ticket. No new menu presented. The sushi was mushy. The steak was decent. Overvall dont waste your time. Too many other better options in the area.

This place sucks! Waited 90 min for hibachi on Sunday with 1 chef in entire place! Then they ran out of steak, salmon, root beer, sake and lemonade??? What is the deal??? Absolutely ridiculous... Its a shame too because their food is pretty good. Never going again!! Heres an idea: " more food and hire additional chefs."

Horrible! We waited FOREVER for the food..which we never received because we got up and left. To make it worse..5 employees were nearby either on their phones or eating food..not even attending to us, a party of 10! Will never go here again.

Im not a big fan of hibachi but my kids love the food and the show. Osaka West has decent food and the show is good depending on the chef. The hibachi chicken meal with fried rice will run you $25. It goes up quickly from there.

The quality of the food was about average. It was not bad. The problem is that the food was about 30% more expensive then other restaurants that can offer the same level of quality. Just get it from somewhere else.

Lived this place. Clean, friendly environment. We went on a weekend in the afternoon and didnt have to have a reservation to sit at the hibachi grill. The food and service was fantastic. Definitely going back!

Osaka West is the best hibachi restaurant I have ever been to. The sushi is always fresh and delicious. The price is reasonable and comparable to other hibachi places. The show is awesome. I give it an A+.

Over charges the hell out of me ! Horrible ! Waited over an hour for service.!! 90$ for just two meals a drink! Which it was suppose to be around 60$ and everyone in our group paid 30$ extra for nothing!

I have only been there for sushi. Although Sake Garden and Megumi are better, Osaka is always open when the others are not. This includes holidays and Sundays. The Sexy Roll is de-lish!

I love this place and eat here 2 sometimes 3 times a month. Great place to have fun with wife or friends. Love the chefs,b they 5vert funny and the rice is awesome in the hibachi
