I have never had any problem with las palmas, but the las palmas in brusly was horrible. The service was horrible, the lady was rude, they were gosiping as if we could not hear them. We had a table of 3 adults (one of which did not eat), a 9 year old, a 4 year old ( who did not eat), a 3 year old, a 2 year old ( who did not eat), a 1 year old ( did not have a drink, and maybe ate a few fries), and a newborn. We were charged a automatic gratuity for having "8" people at our table. We only ordered drinks, a fajita for 2 , a french fry, and a apple pie. Walked out paying a ridiculous $8 tip, when the server was rude and barely did her job. I had to get up and go find her just to get my check. Not to mention the good 10 minutes I sat with NO drink.

Worest Food Ever. I ordered beef quesadillas, it was greasy so badly it made me sick and the meat was burned. In my family we have a lot of food allergies and have to be careful what we order. My brother ordered the nachos not realizing it had olives on it. The cheese looked and tasted as if it been there for days. And the nachos was greasy to.The waitress had a very bad attitude when we told her that he couldnt eat it because of the olives. She said well thats what you ordered. The hot sauce was made with to much tomato paste where it was thick to eat.

Nice place. Service was not that good, as if you were waisting there time. NO greeting at entrance. NO asking how many in party, they just looked at us as if to say "WELL". Server just stood at the table, not asking a single queston. No check in after entrees were served. Had to get up and find her to get refills on drinks and the check. So if you want good food and poor service for a above average price for a restaurant in Brusly, this is your place.

No major issues at Las Palmas, but there isnt much that have been memorable here. The salsa wasnt bad, but it wasnt great either... the guacamole salad is on my current (low carb) diet and not bad. The staff is friendly and attentive, but I typically try to talk my coworkers into going somewhere else. Most of the people I work with really like Las Palmas, but it just isnt my favorite.

Out of all the mexican restaurants Ive been to this is surely the worst!! Idk if its the cheese they use r the cooks that worked the night I was there but it is pretty pricey for what seemed like microwave meals!

Staff was extremely friendly and very efficient. Our food arrived quickly, and was absolutely fantastic. Awesome place to enjoy dinner and a drink! !!! Definitely going again.

We went during a softball tournament during a rain delay. They managed to get the entire teams orders right and out quickly. We werent the only team there. Great service!
