STILL LOVING IT! Ive been eating here since fall of 2010. They are fabulous. We started having family meals here when visiting for a friends hospitalization and of course returned for our little ones SSC appointments. The food is not boring, its flavorful, fresh, wholesome and what you can not get many other places. We eat out about 10 times a week and I can name the best restaurants around me. We make a point to drop in whenever we are in the bluebonnet area. Weve enjoyed the sandwiches, the specials, the salads, burgers and the baklava. Ive been so happy with the blueberry muffins when we happened to be there at 5am for surgeries that my second time I bought the 6 remaining and my family enjoyed them for breakfast the next day. The frozen coffee was good too, cant say great as Im not a coffee drinker and just ordered it as I was exhausted that morning but it was good. For only having been to the SSC for appointments, etc 10 times in almost two years, I can honestly say we have dropped in almost a handful for or more times. The family there is polite, kind to me with three small children and while the food is a bit more than fast food price you are getting quality food and plenty of it. My kids love the grilled cheese too. My only complaint is that we have to drive in for this treat. Wish there was one closer to me in Ascension.

THEY ARE OVER PRICED! THE PRICES CHANGE OFF FROM MENU AND THEY NEVER LET YOU KNOW. THE DESCRIPTIONS OF WHAT YOU ORDER OFF THE MENU ARE WRONG! SOMETIMES YOU GET RED BEANS AND SAUSAGE, YOU MAY OR MAY NOT HAVE SAUSAGE. IF YOU ORDER SPAGETTI AND MEATBALLS, SOMETIMES YOU MAY GET ONE MEAT BALL AND IF YOU ARE LUCKY...GET TWO! IF YOU PAY FOR EXTRA THEY WILL NOT GIVE YOU EXTRA! AND THEY ARE NOT APPRECIATED OF YOUR BUSINESS... PAULINA HAS A NASTY ATTITUDE!!!! THEY NEVER GET YOUR ORDER RIGHT WHEN YOU CALL IN. THE OTHER DAY TOLD US WE WOULD H AVE TO FAX OUR ORDERS IN AND NOT CALL THEM IN!

asked for a frappe... they made it with real milk, asked for soy and the lady said NO!! that they had already made it. told her that I am allergic to dairy. she wouldnt give me a refund or even a $2 muffin. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. they threw it in the trash and I was still charged for the drink that I NEVER got... this happened yesterday. WONT BE GOING BACK THERE EVER!!! Apparently it cost me $5 for the pleasure of their company... and they WERENT pleasant.

We went there because we thought it was part of the real Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf chain! Needless to say, it was not and it didnt look very appetizing so we just walked out and would not return!
