(7/30/16 1:20am )I came in to order food after a 12 hour shift. I ordered a chicken quesedilla. They asked if I wanted any sauce, I said mild. They said they were out of mild. So i said okay, forget about it. They replied," chicken quesedilla thats it forget about mild" as if they were mocking me. I pulled to the window and got over it but all he did was look at me laughing and was completely rude to me. He shown no concern of cudtomer service as expected. I normally dont complain because I am in the restaurant business and I dont ask for anything but I feel blatantly disrespected and treated like a joke and I dont appreciate that. I tried to post this multiple times on your website with it wouldnt send.

Sunday, February 28th 2016. There was hair in my burrito. I was halfway done eating it and happen to notice a long hair sticking out then removed it and it was pretty horrifying and disgusting. I will never come here again. I have been in the drive through at this location three times in the past few months. I left twice because as I waited in the drive through nobody responded to greet me or even take my order and I had waited for at least ten minutes each time. I wish I could attach a photo of this hair I will find a way to exploit this photo because this is unacceptable and Im pissed.

Crew always have a smile on their faces, they know how to treat there customers with respect and make them feel welcome. They beat every restaurant Ive ever been to. Sheila is always the sweetest person that you could ever meet, Dalton is very fast at his manager job, Eric is always so very polite, and always puts the customer first. Mike knows how to make the food fast and correct :) love it there.

Wish I could put zero stars!!!!!! I went to this taco bell at least twice a week on my way home from work and EVERY single time they messed up the order!!! All around worst taco bell!!!!!! Terrible customer service, bad food and cant a an order right.....go and order just a #7, steak with a soft taco and a baja blast you will be amazed at what you get! I will not ever go back to that place!

Most people complain, and Ive had some issues with this Taco Bell in the past. However... I just received the most delicious, freshest, most perfect order Taco Bell this evening. A+ to whoevers working tonight.. Probably the best Taco Bell have had in at least a year and that saying something.. Even though I only eat it once or so a month...

They dont know how to put a cup of salsa in the bag and the workers dont even know what Pico DE Gallo is. Worst taco bell Ive ever been to. I dont know whats wrong with fast food these days. This is the first and last time im going to this taco bell. They dont even know what they have for sale

The proportions in each dish were perfect! I hate getting a supreme and theres a ton of sauce but none of anything else. This place did it just right. I went around dinnertime on a Monday. The workers are very friendly as well.

I ordered a double crunch wrap box 4 chili buritos and 2 pinto beans and half order didnt get. Crunch wrap was mess. Food was cold. Wont be going there will go to east alton taco bell only.
