Totally unnacceptable level of customer service at this branch. The girl who "greeted" us at the door messed around at the podium not even acknowledging us standing there until i had to ask to be seated at the bar. It went down hill from there. We got drinks, finished those and waited for the bar girl to ask us if wed like more drinks (like any decent bar tender would) instead she avoided all contact with us. Eventually when i asked another girl, who was behind the bar looking at her personal phone (i dont know what hooters policy on that is but its totally unnacceptable and rude to allow employees to use their mobiles whilst at work, especially in front of customers) for another drink she told our original server, named Mercedes, wed like other drinks to which Mercedes said "no"! Absolutely disgusting service. Mercedes eventually came to us and i made the point of asking if getting another round of drinks would be an issue and then asked if it was ok if we could have two of the same to which she replied "i guess so" ... That was the last straw. From the moment we set foot in the door till the moment we left the attitude from the staff was unwelcoming and totally unfriendly.

Hooters are pretty standard wherever you go...but we have never walked in to one and been completely ignored. We sat at a table near the bar, (there were more than a fair share of tables open) and then we realized we were supposed to be seated, so we moved to the bar. Sat at the bar, the bartender commented it was cooler at the bar and then completely ignored us. We sat for 10minutes and not a word was spoken to us. She talked to the men next to the right of us, she talked to the men to rhe left of us, (which were the only other patrons at the bar), she put away clean dishes, cleared dishes from the gentlemen to our left, and proceeded to walk to the other side of the bar to talk to another waitress...it was that moment we walked out. Not impressed. Go to the Kooky Canuck when your in downtown Memphis...the bartender, Davin is service oriented, the waitress Nene is fun and the food is amazing!

The girl are rude and take their time getting people serviced. I saw one girl cleaning her section, they do not sweep, the floors were nasty, the food was cold. I watched a girl leave our food in the window and comment on how she is not helping that B@##$. That is ridiculous, I worked for Hooter in college for three years and never would we be able to act in such a manner. The girls were not neatly groomed, they had all sorts of hair colors. They are not friendly to women, even tho I tip better than most men, cause I have been in their position. I would never come back if you paid me and when I talked to the manager Josh he was a complete idiot and was not helpful. He needs to get control of that restaurant, cause it sucks!

Ive been to many hooters and this is by far the worst! No comparison whatsoever. The waitresses were training and the one being trained was better than the trainer! The trainer was extremely rude and back talked my husband. And if you are a woman just dont go in there because these girls only like to be friendly to the men only tables. Its ridiculous! And the food was disgusting. My fries were overly peppered, the ranch tasted sour, and my medium sauce tasted of nothing but grease. Also there was something mysterious in my husbands drink. He about threw up and I we were just hoping that it was celery. There is nothing else to say about this hooters other than its just nasty and unfriendly. I will NEVER be returning.

I go to this location sometimes with my coworkers. The last time we were there, it took us forever to get seated and then no one ever came for our drink order, let alone our food order. So we left and ate somewhere else. The most recent time we were there, the experience wasnt too bad until the end. We ordered our second round of drinks and they took forever to come. When they finally did come, mine was incorrect. The waitress said thats what I ordered, but I wanted the exact same drink I had before, so Im not sure where the confusion came from. I drank the one I received because I thought it would probably take forever to get a replacement. Fortunately, I receive a discount on the second drink.

If I could give this place zero stars I would. Came into town to visit went to grab something to eat waited while 2 host were at the stand until they were done finishing their conversation about a previous guest still wasnt sat someone from behind the bar had to seat us. Finally get seated there was no A.C. wasnt even asked if we wanted to sit outside due to the non air conditioning. Waited almost 10 minutes and nobody came to serve us. Worst Hooters Ive ever been too and it was a Friday night with 3 tables sat this establishment does not care about their customers

I am giving a 1 star review just because I want to say that this place was a terrible experience. We ordered the food at 10:30pm and they served us by 12:20am. The waitress kept apologizing with this "defensive" attitude that she had. She didnt showed up to refill our drinks in those two hours of waiting until I asked her for a refill. The manager came to us and he gave us everything for free because of the horrible experience we had. They need more cooks, better mannered waitresses and an AC because that place was very hot.

Was thoroughly unpleasant with the customer service here. The host had an attitude immediately, choosing to flirt with bar patrons instead of trying to seat our party. The fastest thing they did was give us our to go boxes and take our money. Other than that, I really like the cosmetic look. The food wasnt all that great, they were out of prewrapped bacon wings, burnt buns, and more than a half hour wait to get our food. I wont be visiting this Hooters again any time soon.

They do not even deserve a star!!! OMG!!! This was the worst ever!! I still have the video of a bug NOT A GNAT but a BUG in my food ALIVE from last night 10/24/2015. Service Horrible, Waiter horrible, Manager had ABSOLUTELY NO MANAGERIAL EXPERIENCE!!!!!!!!!! PLEASE SHUT THIS PLACE DOWN!!!!!!!!!! They ran out of wings so that gave us whole wings instead, WTH, haha! Manager said he had to go and find some for the night!! WTF, Yall are a franchise!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

This is the second time I have come to this location and I have the same problem. Slow unresponsive service. I sat at the bar and ordered food and when it was in the window ready to be picked up in got the same problem. I watched my food sitting there getting cold while the waitress (who was not particularly busy) talk to someone I assume was her boyfriend. Cold food again. The worst part is I tipped her beforhand. Mylast time coming

Are waitress alexis was very nice and excellent she made sure we had everything..the only reason Im give this place 2 stars is the bathroom didnt have working hand soap and was broke so that mean no one washes there hands...nasty!!! Lady at the front didnt give us silverware then we we did get it it only had a knife in it just poor service and had to wait 45 mins to get a seat wont be back unless they make changes!!
