Awesome food and wonderful wait staff/management make this location an easy favorite for anyone who decides to dine here. Ive seen some reviews about the service here being terrible and while I cannot verify their own experiences, I can assure you that everyone we spoke to was very friendly with that classic southern hospitality everyone loves about Kentucky. Brand new construction, so everything is clean, fresh, and modern. Food is prepared with care and delicious! Nice bar offers 6 rotating guest taps and an average selection of adult beverages. Cant wait to come back for more!

This place is ran by a crazy hormonal woman that only cares about herself. Plenty of people said they will not return back because of how she talks with people and the way she allows the staff to talk to people. I tried to mention this plenty of times to her when I worked there but nothing was ever done, so customers just didnt return. The employees were great, some of them, and SOME of the managers were alright when they werent bad mouthing the customers and employees. They say care but never showed it.

Hometown really dropped the ball with my order :/ I ordered a dinner-sized take-out of Buffalo Chicken Colossal Bites with Potato Wedges. Dinner turned out to be cool potato wedges (crunchy in a non-cooked manner) and cool, plain chicken with no buffalo sauce. My wife called and politely told them the situation. I was expecting an offer to reimburse or replace, but manager asked instead what we would like for them to do about it. Not the service I am used to from you guys :(

Lunch buffet is pretty good. I would have given a 5th star, but they did not handle the aftermath of a large group very well. When we arrived, there was no hostess and several waitresses kept running by and never said a woof to amy of us in line. There were 4 parties waiting to be seated. It took so long that one of the parties decided to leave and go elsewhere. Once we were seated and the fresh pizzas stayed coming out things normalized.

Their Baked Spaghetti was very good and there service is very good and fast. Baked Spaghetti Spaghetti mixed with Italian sausage, mushrooms, black olives, pork topping, pepperoni, ham, green peppers & onions, smothered in chunky meat sauce, covered with mozzarella cheese, then baked to a golden brown. 6.99. very good price. Next time Im going to have their Lasagna next time.

Went into hometown pizza on my Eden Rd in Shelbyville to get the buffet. They dont have the buffet on Saturday but I decided to stay anyway and got the baked spaghetti, it was delicious, came promptly, and the garlic bread to die for. What was looking like a bleak experience turned into something truly awesome.

The place is new I thought it might be ok We decided to get pizza and lo and behold Pizza is great garlic bread is terrific only down thinking about it it was packed so you are going to have to come in there and sit and wait although its a big place but you will have to wait for a seat

I wanted a strumboly or calzone and they gave me a hamburger that tasted like freezer burn. I wanted steak onion and peppers with chest and tomato sauce warped up in pizza dough and baked in the oven. This was horroble and I should have refused it and walked out. Not even close.

I have no issues with this place. Good food, the service is top notch and the pizza keeps me coming back. I really dont get some of the other reviews and negative comments. Ive been going to this one in Sville for six years and they always make if great.

Awful, The manager is an idiot. Our pizza after taking 40 mins, came out cold and doughy . So after apologizing and making a replacement pizza, it also came out the same way. Now the manager tells me that this is normal this is how thier crust is

Our server was very attentive and food was hot, fresh and delicious. Beer was ice cold!! 4 stars because it was a lot louder than I expected. You can hear every pan and dish in the place. We will most definitely be back though.

This place has more than pizza on the buffet. There are generally pasta options and meatballs. Theres also a salad bar with a decent selection of fresh toppings. The service is always good and the staff are friendly.

The hometown specialty pizza was thick with toppings tasted like a blend of local flare, Papa Johns, and Pizza Hut. Would go back. Appetizers seemed small, side salads were huge.
