I ordered an iced coffee and proceeded over to where you wait for your order. I stood there and after they served everyone in the drive thru and everyone in front of me...I still patiently stood there awaiting my order. After they looked at me several times and just went about standing around (since there was no one else in the drive thru and they had started to make the person behind mes order) I asked if I was going to get my order. They stood around and looked at each other and said I thought you did it pointing fingers. 10 minutes after I placed an iced coffee order I finally got it. Very friendly, just clueless and not observant of a customer standing there for almost 10 minutes without anyone asking why.

Sept 24 2016. It took 20 minutes to get thru the drive thru. Finally drove off and 5 minutes down the road, took a drink and it was cold... Barely luke warm. Sept 25 2016. Waited inline inside for 20 minutes and got 5 muffins. They forgot to give my coffee to me. Notified them.. After 5 minutes I still didnt have it... Notified them again ... Waited another 5 minutes... Still no coffee.... Notified them again and it was made right away .... Nothing fancy .... Just a cup of their dark brew with nothing added. Terrible service. The location is relatively new.... But come on management !

I ordered a muffin and a Venti java chip. I waited for almost an hour for my drink. My best figuring is since they do not call names (which they do asks for and list on the stickers) someone behind me grabbed the incorrect drink. I finally went to the counter and waited to speak to someone. I had to loudly say excuse me please several times before someone stopped to listen. She was not very nice about it. I explained I had been waiting and just wondered when my drink would be ready. I did end up getting my drink. I do think it would behoove them to call out the names in the future!

Product is same as all others. Environment was clean and nice. Only issue was where they place the finish drinks for pick up there is tables and seating. You do not want to wait in this area because you want to give the people enjoying there drinks and conversation in their groups room. We sat at the table in front of were they took our order. When our order was done they never told us. I went to the end where you pick up and there was 2 drinks there. I asked whos were those and she said "oh, those are for Young". I said thanks and grabbed them.

First time experience and it was awful. I ordered my drink at 3:13 and received it at 3:36. There were employees standing around off in their thoughts, and the person working the drive threw was even on her phone. When we asked for the store manager they said that the manager wasnt there today, and only the shift manager was, so it took the shift manager 8 minutes to just come and talk to us, all we got was petty excuses and no apology. It seemed like nobody was pleased in there. More than likely not coming back there.

Great service with respectful staff, their coffee is good. Im glad that Starbucks expanded its business to Shepherdsville, KY because I hate driving out to the mall just to get coffee or driving out to the city. FYI: For all of you who are complaining about the service failed to realize that this location is new and theyre still hiring, so just be thankful you have a Starbucks in Shepherdsville that can be improved with trained staff & etc.

Ordered two salted Carmel mochas, watched the girl make my drink without any salt. When I mentioned she forgot the salt, she said they didnt have any and there were salt packets by the door. When you fork over $12 for two seasonal drinks, wouldnt you tell your customers you couldnt make the drink? Very disappointed. Not sure Ill stop back.

Great white chocolate mocha frappuccino. However was not pleased not getting my sticker for my happy for days coupon. You get one for a grande but not a larger more expensive one? Not asking that my free one on my 5th purchase to be a venti size.

Out of so many items today. No new fridge case items available today due to lack of inventory. Call ahead before placing an mobile order about what is in stock or risk being disappointed like I was after an hour drive to come here.
