Tonight I was in the Schoolcraft Biggby parking lot and witnessed a man storm out of the restaurant and approach a Pizza Hut delivery boy. I am not aware of the entire situation, but it seemed to me that the Biggby gentlemen, possibly a manager, was harassing the Pizza Hut employee and yelling at him. I overheard the delivery guy say calmly, "I was told to park here. You can discuss this with my manager." However, the Biggby gentlemen completely ignored him and continued yelling. He then followed the driver right up to his car and threatened to tow it! I felt like this man was bullying the young boy and acting ridiculous. I was appalled at the way he treated the delivery boy! I am a frequent Biggby customer, but I am not sure I will ever go to the Schoolcraft location again because of what I saw tonight.

Love Biggby, and this location is okay, but the coffee tastes terrible. Its not anything like other Biggby locations. I have tried coffee there several times throughout the last year and it is consistently poor quality. Dont get me wrong, its still better than McDonalds coffee, but its not the quality Ive come to expect from Biggby. As soon as they fix this I will happily change my rating to 5 stars!

Coffee is great but what normally goes hand in hand with a good cup of coffee on the go? A good breakfast option. Yes you can get a bagel with ham or a muffin bit if you just offered a couple more sandwich options for breakfast or lunch I think you would find a lot more traffic. A good example would be option for sandwiches like Big Apple Bagels just one up them!
