Honestly, I love the food, but this location fully deserves one star. I have been a regular customer since they opened nearly two years ago. The rate at which they mess up drive through orders is insane. Ive had to drive back or pull around and have them correct it too many times. Most of the people working there are probably 15-18. The restaurant is also a mess and never clean. Seats and tables will always have crumbs and food on them. And honestly, after they messed up my order yet again today, which made me feel like leaving a review, I dont feel like going back. Plenty of other restaurants in the price range which dont mess up orders and are a pleasant experience. Would not recommend unless as a one-time thing.

I visited the Chicken Fil A on Veterans in Normal IL and ordered a grill chicken nugget meal because my niece has extreme allergies and cant eat much of anything really. By the time I got home we noticed that they were the regular nuggets. I drove all the way back and the staff was so awesome and accommondating!! Erica and autumn were very gracious! I truly appreciate their help and understanding! Great place!!

Food and atmosphere is consistent with overall Chick-fil-A experience. The service was a bit slow as they only had one cashier who was partially filling orders as well as taking them. I pleasantly discovered the healthier options during this visit - grilled chicken, superfood (kale salad) and water which served as a healthier alternative during a recent road trip.

I have only eaten there once, but it was a good experience. At lunch you can expect a long line every day. Dont let that scare you off, they have a very efficient process that plows through the lines and still gets you your food quite fast. The food itself is pretty good. The dining area is very clean, but the store is new, so that is expected.

Very torn about chick-fil-a. This location has long wait times, great tasting food, friendly staff, and my families order has been wrong 100% of the time. We wont go there anymore because of how many times we have had to turn the car around to wait in line AGAIN for the correct order. Maybe they should repeat the order back to us!!

Chik fil a is one of the better options for fast food. The chicken sandwiches beat out any other drive-thru options. Lemonade and iced tea are good here too. Service is always quick and friendly. Only thing I dislike is the fries - never have enough flavor or salt but a small price to pay for better options for other items.

Bad Experience - ordered 2 spicy chicken sandwich. In 1st sandwich bun was cold while chicken was overfried. I can say that chicken was burnt. In 2nd sandwich bun was little warn but same issue with chicken. over fried and burnt ...... I always take sandwich from here so I am going to give one more try some other day....

I love it here. Great food, wonderful staff, great play area and Christian music playing in the background. On top of all that where do you find a fast food place that has people come and get your drink to refill it for you, here thats where.

Excellent quality and service for fast food. Their new app makes it easy to order and skip the line + there are bonuses for ordering on line. You cant beat their original chicken sandwich and one of their strawberry or peach milkshakes!

Any time you visit a Chick-fil-A youre in for a treat! This location is no different. The staff are exceptionally friendly for fast food. The chicken is great, and the ice cream, or as they call it ice dream is great too!
