Ive never had issues at this place before, but today our waiter was not great. My glass was leaking and I had to ask him twice for a new glass, twice for napkins to clean up the pool of tea on the table, and he said "Ill get you a box" twice and I still had to ask him for a box again after that. It wasnt busy at all; were talking 4 PM on a Tuesday. No, he was too busy chatting up the hostess to pay attention to his job. The food was good. This guy was terrible. I literally watched him stand around at the hostess stand every time I asked for something, instead of just getting what I asked for. Awful service today.

Me & my buddy Adam went a couple years ago and really enjoyed it! Were from Indy and one day we ended up in Louisville walking down the streets, hungry and here we see Los Aztecas Mexican Grill. I dont remember what in the world he had, other than it was steamy and looked delicious. I had a huge burrito and the queso was the best part. Now here I am, about to go to Louisville again this weekend with that same buddy and we are for sure coming back to Los Aztecas, just like we tell everyone else! Seeya soon.

Seated outside. Waited 30 minutes for service. Went in and asked if we could get served. A guy came out and brought us chips but refused to take our order. Waited 15 more minutes and went in to ask if they had any intentions of serving us. The hostess had a conversation with the server who was responsible for the outside. The server told the hostess he didnt care and refused to come out and serve us. We got the hint and left. Avoid this place on Saturday afternoons.

Stopped in for a couple drinks while waiting for our Evan Williams tour. Was pretty empty at the time (330 on a Monday afternoon), but bartender was friendly and the margaritas were tasty. They had a two for one margarita special going on that we took advantage of. Decor was not overtly mexican in theme (absurdly bright colors and tacky decorations) which is what I prefer. Although we didnt have any food, I could certainly see myself enjoying a meal here.

HIGHLY NOT RECOMMENDABLE TO VISITORS I wish I could do 0 stars or negative. They didnt serve us properly, restaurant was so slow, Service was bad. Food wasnt cooked properly, tortialls were raw. Fajitas werent cooked at all. Beans didnt had great taste. Brown rice were raw as well. There werent enough waiter/waitress and waiting wasnt worth it either because the food wasnt cooked enough

Terrible service! We had to wait 8-10mins just for someone to come behind the bar to get out drink order. Food was lacking in flavor, and when they served the nachos we ordered...to be polite, it looked like they were just slopped onto the plate.

Come here most times Im in Louisville. Very comfortable bar (too bad they no longer have Sierra Nevada Pale Ale!), tasty food. Is it authentic? Authentic what, Mexican? No. Authentic American-Mexican? You betcha, and its good eating.

Havent even gotten our food yet and the server has came and re supplied drinks and chips 3 times. Awesome experience, alot of food in each plate and very authentic. Definately will return if im ever in Louisville again
