Ill never go to Puerto Vallarta again. Not just this visit, but combined with my other visits. I always have a bad visit there. This time I get in and before I get a seat he says " Tell me what drink". I tell him and sit down. He asks if Im ready, and I say " Un momento por favor". He says ok and comes back literally 30 seconds later and says " You done". So I just pick something. I tell him I dont like pico or guac and he asks " why" ( this whole conversation is now in Spanish) I told him I didnt know how to say it in Spanish, but its nasty. He says " no, dont say that. Just say you dont like it. Its not nasty." Then as I am paying I said I was ready for a nap after working. He said " you work in a school with tattoos and earrings? Thats bad". So I was pissed and decided to not go back. I felt so rushed and judged like wtf

I stopped going here a long time ago because the quality of the food was mediocre at best. My husband and his friend went there for lunch today so I thought I would give them another chance and placed a carry out order. I ordered a chicken burrito with queso (because I absolutely hate their red sauce)and asked for queso on the side. When I got my food, they had put red sauce all over the burrito. I should have trusted my first instinct to never eat at this place again. The burrito went in the trash. If I could give them 0 stars I would.

Completely disappointed today. We tried for 1.5 hours to call and place an order, the phone would ring and ring or someone would pick up and hang up. We decided to call one more time and we placed the order...it will be ready in 10 minutes. We arrive and they dont have our order, they said we ordered from wrong place until we showed them the phone history. We placed another order...get home....ITS WRONG!!!!! Complete fail today.

Honestly, the best Mexican food in the area. Service is great, and they genuinely take the time to get to know you if you become a regular. Every experience Ive had there was superb. Try the Volcan fajita in a hot pot with a tall Dos Equis!

Dont call in an order. The guy straight up told me they they dont sell something that I get everytime I go there... And then acts like I am crazy for because I knew for a fact they had it on the menu.. TheNeedless to say they lost a customer

I used to love this place. Apparently they forgot how to use seasoning since the last time I was there. The service was friendly and prompt but what does that matter if the food is Bland and not really something you want to eatm

Nice servers, constantly refilling drinks and chips; love the burrito de la roqueta, a spicy burrito filled with carnitas (and no beans!). Also like the fried fish dishes. Be adventurous and get off the combo platter menu.

If I could give out 0 stars I would. I ordered carry-out and because Im a person who tips, I have them 50 cents for my carry out. They took it upon themselves to take a 5.00 tip for a $8 order. I will never go back there.

The food is okay. The atmosphere is a little tacky. The service isnt spectacular. There is better Tex-Mex elsewhere in Jeffersonville, but if this is where you have you meal its an okay experience.
