Got stuck in line in the drive through on OCT. 30 at 11:00. It is 11:35....I am still stuck in the drive through. I called the store and they said they ARENT ALLOWED TO PULL CARS FORWARD to wait for food. There is no way to get out of this line The girl who answered the phone, refuses to say who is the manager or owner was of this Taco Bell. It is now 11:38- still SITTING here, unable to get out of line and go home. I turned my car OFF finally, can you imagine the emissions and gas wasted here? ( Not to mention my time. ) I will call corporate tomorrow and complain. I have to work in the morning. Its 11:40.!!

who doesnt love taco bell? this location is far better than most ive been in, but the management is lacking. 2 of the last 3 times ive been here, the supervisor was outside hanging out at someones car having a good time, and the other time, he was in the lobby cutting up w/ some friends. most of the staff are super nice, and theyve rarely messed up an order, unlike most taco bells.

Order was rung up wrong and food was messed up. Addressed the situation and when the cashier told the cook you could the cook yelling oh my God with an attitude. Really rude. The cashier was very helpful. The kitchen staff didnt seem to care. Even after addressing that the order was wrong they STILL messed it up. Was messy and poor fully put together. .

25 min in drive thur There was 2 cars in front of us. My food was cold the 3 Chalupa were not even filled up. Potatoes were hot. Good manager was not working and cashier said 3 employees were only working and 2 of them were new. Cashier was nice. 950 pm

If youre just going through the drive-thru then youre probably okay. When you go in, especially at night, its a different story. Very slow and employees running around and playing. They even hang around in front if the entrance smoking.

Would not be so slow service if they didnt have there buddies hanging out. They dont have time for customer service. Ive been stuck in the drive Thur for over thirty minutes. I would have left if I wasnt trapped.

To say the service is terrible would be an understatement. No hairnets, dirty establishment, and seemingly incompetent. The managers are inept and there is a complete lack of self respect or pride in their work.

Staff is aware of vegetarian options that Taco Bell allows... However like all Taco Bells, sometimes new workers will try and charge extra for vegetarian substitutions.

Its hit and miss here. Come too early in the morning and you will stand around waiting for someone to notice you to take your order. Food is always great.

Over ten minutes wait and they werent busy. The drink area was filthy. Hair nets and gloves would be a great idea for people handling the food.
