The Roastery is the only coffee shop I go to in Lexington now. I have never been to a place with such personable and kind employees before. The Roastery is a place that takes a lot of pride in their product and that is just one of the things I love about it. Not to mention their coffee is amazing. The drip coffee is ground to order and so stinkin fresh! I also love the pastries and treats there, which are all gluten-free! The atmosphere is also perfect, very open easy spot to have a casual meeting, catch up with a friend or just to get some studying done. The Roastery has easily become one of my favorite places in Lexington, so go try it out!!

Working remotely has allowed me to explore multiple coffee shops in downtown Lexington. The Roastery is on the top of my list to be productive and grab a tasty beverage from the extensive list of coffees and teas. The daily offerings of scones, muffins, and cookies rotate as to offer a delicious spread of simple foods to pair with your drink of choice. I would highly suggest stopping in for a in house roasted coffee or brewed tea! The atmosphere is definitely inviting for meeting with friends, getting work done, and just hanging out!

I was fortunate to have someone share their coffee beans from daily offerings coffee roastery with me, which was by far some of the best coffee ive tasted! Absolutely loved loved loved the flavors of the blend and looking forward to tasting the other blends! I havent been able to visit the coffee shop itself yet,but from the quality coffee i tasted Im planning to do so soon. This will definitely be my first stop when visiting lexington to stock up on some delicious coffee beans to take home and enjoy a cup or two!

Lood Kotze is an award-winning winemaker and is applying his philosophy of perfection and attention to detail to every aspect of achieving a great tasting coffee - through optimal roasting technique, sourcing only the best quality beans, using precision equipment and excellent preparation technique. Lood and Kristie created a rustic and enjoyable environment to savor their products. I know they are going to be a great success!

Service slow, the guy at the espresso machine seemed more interested in the conversation he was having with a customer at the bar than fixing coffee. The coffee was weak and lukewarm, The space is poorly laid out and not inviting and not clean. There were several extension cords strewn across the floor, and this seems acceptable to the regular customers. Theres a Starbucks in the Hyatt across the street

Locally roasted coffee is the best, hands down, and these folks do it the best. You dont wind up with burnt beans like from most of the big name roasters. The origin and variety of each bean really come through in the flavor and aroma that way. The lavender latte is a favorite and their cold brewed iced coffee is second to none. Friendly staff with an amazing product. Please give these folks a try!

Delicious coffee roasted in-house, friendly people, and the brain train smoothie (add espresso) is mind-blowingly good, and eats like a meal. Its great pre-run fuel, for any runners out there. The pastries are gluten free, and I admit I was skeptical, but they are really good. Their sandwiches come on delicious house-made gluten free bread. Also, they brought affogatos to Lexington. Affogatos!

The Roastery has a lot of great features - home roasted beans, tasty items from their gluten free kitchen, handmade syrups, and local beers on tap. The entire coffee-making process is an intentional science here. It is clear to see that each step from sourcing beans to roasting to pouring your cup is thought out and measured. Glad to see this place come to Lexington.

Cool coffee shop. Good atmosphere and coffee. Both times Ive been there recently its been super warm and uncomfortable. Wish they would get a little more liberal with their AC. Some blinds in the big windows could help with the crazy afternoon sun too. I probably wont be back when its hot since this has been an issue a few times already.

Daily Offerings offers the most amazing coffee I have ever had!! Truly once I had my first cup, I was hooked!! The owners take great pride in the quality of their coffee and you can taste the difference. They are also great, friendly people who are passionate about what they do!! Nothing but love for Daily Offerings coffee!!

Had drip coffee, barista recommendation from El Salvador and from Ethiopia and both were fantastic. They roast their own beans and I have to say they know their stuff. Must go to place when you visit Lexington. My friend wanted a customized machiato and they know how to match your drink for you. Five stars.

Daily Offerings were fabulous to deal with in getting my coffee delivered - quick, efficient, and extremely friendly. Their service is excellent, but equally important is that their coffee is amazing: a beautiful roast with no bitterness. The only problem was that i went through it too quickly!

Super-friendly staff. Great coffee. Killer baked goods (that are gluten-free)! Perfect atmosphere; its a very open, clean, and comfortable space to camp out with your laptop or just get you 10mins of morning zen. RECOMMENDATION: Get the Carrot-Raisin Muffins w/ Coconut & Pineapple icing.

Great place to work while enjoying good coffee. The servers are very nice. Minimalist decoration with a hint of rustic and lots of natural light! Their pastries are delicious (and gluten free). However, if youre working with several people, there arent a lot of big tables to do so.

Friendly people; clean, inspiring space; and GREAT coffee. All the baked goods are gluten-free too! They also do a great job of selling local products and partnering with local community organizations. DO has a huge heart for serving more than just coffee.

Excellent coffee. I ordered a flat white and they knew how to make it. I learned to drink flat whites in Australia, which is the land of kangaroos as well as the land where it is almost impossible to get drip coffee, even at Maccas (McDonalds down under).

Neat little hang out. Lots of students studying. They dont take names or give numbers, they just yell out an order. I had a smoothie that was really good and my boyfriend had the ice cream bourbon thing that theyre doing. Both were really good.

Daily Offerings coffee is truly something special! Not only is the coffee superb but the couple who owns the business are as authentic as they come. Ive enjoyed each of the different blends Ive tried, and cant wait to see what they offer next!

I come here to work from time to time when it requires me to be on my computer, I really like the atmosphere and open layout. Coffee may be the best in town in my opinion, and the staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. Oh, and get a quiche!

Best cappuccino - always perfect. And the most delicious fudgey chocolate cookies. The service is consistently great. Im rating it 5 stars because everything is always great and if it isnt they will make it right without any attitude.

Great coffee and desert offerings. I visited from out of town to Lexington Comic and Toy show and stopped in. Place is literally across the street from the Convention center. Very convenient and awesome coffee.
