Me and my 4 month old has been discovering northside coffe shops and eatery for about a month now and i must say this place is one the top of the list as a very unique and simple place. They actually make there coffee in the old time traditional way which is interesting to watch. The coffee choices are healthier which i love because instead of suger they use honey and other substitutes which is perfect on hot days. Just grab you laptop a nice to go order at your favorite northside eatery and pair it with their alsome yet simple selection of coffee. You can choose from a shaded out side sitting which is relaxing or indoor which is just as quiet and nice. Love this place❤

Theres coffee and then there is great coffee. I admit, I didnt really know how good coffee could be until I began visiting Collective Espresso. I live in the neighborhood and friends told me about it. Its almost hidden but thats part of the experience. It has great community vibes and an obvious group of regular and loyal customers. The staff is always friendly and the effort they put into a single cup of coffee is incredible. I definitely recommend checking it out!

I come to the Collective in Northside all time and I love this place. All of the staff are kind and talented at their craft. Its a wonderful place to go to be around very open minded and intelligent people--you never know what kind of interesting conversation youll find yourself in. Also, their coffee is the best in the city I think. I accidentally became a coffee snob by getting used to how well they do what they do. Go there!

My favorite coffee shop. Staff goes above and beyond to make sure the coffee they serve is excellent, shots are timed correctly, espresso grind is perfect, etc. They weigh the ground espresso in the portafilter every so often before pulling a shot. They are slower to make drinks than other coffee shops, but only because they strive for perfection.

Great coffee, beautiful spot. Glass roof makes you feel like youre sitting outside. If you park on Hamilton Ave dont think youve missed, is it tucked back behind another store. Take the alley next to Happy Chicks or park on Vandalia and take the small entrance on the left after the two parking meters.

Collective Northside is the sister shop to the original Collective Espresso in OTR. Its tucked away in a quieter spot. The coffee is just as good here and the space is a little smaller. This location is the most laid back of the three and a great spot to just enjoy a Saturday morning.

Collective Espresso is one of the best shops in town, it has a great selection of single origin beans from a variety of coffee roasters that is constantly rotating. When youre getting anything from Collective you can be sure that it is fresh and thoughtfully made.

When I need a meeting over coffee instead of beer, this is my go-to spot. They dont rush things, but thats because they care about the coffee. Limited seating, but more "cozy" than "crowded". Fabulous use of an unusual retail space, with a killer outdoor patio.
