Mexican soul food!!! My husband and I have been regular visitors at Agaves since early this year. Each time we are there, all we keep saying is "This is really good!!!" The salsa & chips are outstanding. It is a puree-type salsa that tastes wonderfully fresh and has just the right amount of heat. The chips are fresh and not salty. It is obvious the margaritas are made with fresh-squeezed lime juice. They are perfectly refreshing and a medium is just the right size to get you thru the meal. My husband always gets the steak fajitas and is never disappointed. I keep wanting to try other things on the menu, but love the enchiladas verdes with ground beef so much, I have ordered them on every visit. We ask for more salsa when our meals arrive and pour it all over our food, too!!! Make sure you have more salsa & chips added to your tab for take-home... because youll be craving for it that evening or the next. So nice to have this wonderful restaurant in our neighborhood!!!

Food was great. The waiter was nice as ever and provided the perfect amount of attentiveness. Loved how I was able to create my own combo meal. I do wish I was able to pick my sides though or at least substitute them for something else. Enjoyed the queso but not the salsa as it was to bland. Overall though I would eat there again and recommend it to others to give it a go!

Looking for good Mexican food this place is amazing always friendly service and great value. My family frequents this place especially on Sundays when kids eat for a $1.99. Very family friendly or large parties, we come with 10+ others from church without reservations and they always take care of us without hesitation.

Fresh made chips and salsa come right away, but the good isnt far behind. Latin music isalways playing, but not to loud. Often there is a soccer game on the monitors, but they are high up and easy to ignore of you prefer. With friendly service and a generous kitchen we find ourselves coming more and more.

Great authentic Mexican cuisine, wonderful staff, excellent food. They dont cut corners, and they dont drain the wallet. Try the Burrito de la Roqueta! Its my favorite!
