I am usually A Penn Station fan, but my advice to other fans is to avoid this location. On 2/21.2014 around 4:30pm the manager in this location was LOUD sarcastic, and repeatedly interrupted multiple customers when they, legitimately, complained that their fries were burnt. They were burnt and the portion was about half what it was supposed to be. One lady with food allergies who patiently explained that she needed her sandwich a bit different, received her food, only to find it was wrong. The manager technically said the right thing, but in a sugary sarcastic nearly yelling, tone that made it clear that she did NOT want to be bothered with silly things like bad food or a mistake that could land a patron in the hospital.

This place is going to have to up the wage and get stable employees. Every time that I go here most of the staff is new. They are in a state of perpetual training. Got a Philly Steak w/ mushrooms, banana peppers and onions. It came with mayo and mustard that I didnt want and not very much meat. My lunch time is finite, so I didnt have enough time to get another sandwich nor would I trust this or any restaurant to remake any food. The iced tea is great. I might give them another shot in about six months if they are still in business.

I would recommend against eating here. I surely wont go back. Seems to be very under staffed and poorly managed. Everything about the place was messy and gross. Very obvious they dont do much cleaning. Also, I tried to leave through the side entry door and it was locked, pretty sure that is illegal.

Not good ... dirty counters and tables. Staff didnt seem to care about cleaning. The Sub was good, the fries were old... like hard and old re-dropped in the oil fries. I love Penn station subs... but was not impressed with this location.

For being a place that is close to Toyota and several hotels this was dreadful. Portions were half the size of other Penn Stations, and they are routinely cash only. Service was slow and unfriendly, and food was just mediocre.

Best subs in town! The food is great, the service is better! I eat here at least 3 times a week and have never had a bad experience. Katie the manager is amazing! Definitely recommend for anyone looking to enjoy a great sub!

Dirty, gross, and out of food. No fries, chicken or onions? The only area that looked more disgusting than the mess behind the counter was the mens restroom, see picture of the urine soaked floor.

The food was good... at least what they actually gave me. I was charged for food I never got. I wont go back, and I recommend that you dont either. Service was slower than it should have been too.

Fries were awful and they had dumped so much salt on them I had to throw away. Sandwich was totally wrong. I guess meat, cheese, and lettuce is just to hard to figure out.
