I had a waitress at Swerve Grille Atlanta arguing with me and pointing to the menu about the $2.50 charge for another ounce and a half of marinara sauce for my mediocre calamari that she neglected to mention when I asked for it. When you deliver quality food that is still warm and delivered in a timely fashion you can get away with nickel and dimming customers, but when you do not, I do not think so. Swerve is not there yet which explains why there were no other customers there besides our party of 10. I try my best to trade in my community with small business proprietors, but when they let their staff get away with attitudes as though they are a five star restaurant., I cannot recommend them or consider returning for another pathetic experience... #FAIL #NEVERTORETURN When a day later you are still pissed about the pathetic and disrespectful service you received with the automatic 20% gratuity and the rest of my partys ongoing negative feedback continues, you know that the experience was a huge mistake. I am embarrassed for suggesting Swerve Grille to my family and cannot apologize to them enough for what we experienced on a special occasion that none of us will forget. Even after a conversation with the manager who offered absolutely nothing whatsoever in compensation, $210 later all ten of us know we will never eat at Swerve Grille Atlanta again. This is why businesses in our community #FAIL

This place is HORRIBLE! I first tried the place a little over a year ago. I had one of the first parties there. The management at that time was rude and uncaring! I went ahead with my plans because it was way too late to cancel. The experience was awful. A charge for Valet Parking a charge to get in a charge for everything! Then every time I ordered I had to pay right then! Forget it I was done. ..so I thought. A few weeks ago, the new management came into the store I work in in the area because there business had completely fallen off asking that I give it another shot. Well my boyfriend and I go and wouldnt you know it...some things never change! New rude managers the same one who asked me to come was the same one being nasty! A $15 charge @ the door $10 drinks and a two hour yes two hour wait for some nachos that I had to pay for when ordering not after I received and ate them! Nachos, That I had to walk to the kitchen to get myself! And wouldnt you know it that a fuse blows not once but twice to cause several minutes of silence in an crowded club! While sitting at the bar that only had two bartenders...I watched people wait for over 15 minutes to get a drink. This is totally unacceptable, dont waste your time or money at this place! Go next door to the Cajun Crabhouse for a better experience!

I ordered a party wing plate which is usually a 10pc so when informed after the fact by the new waitress that it was an 8 pc for $10, I changed to the 4pc whole wing for $10. I apologized to the manager for any inconvenience. Yet when the whole wings came, they looked like baby hens compared to othwrs i saw so I asked for another batch. Next thing I know, the owner called me into the BATHROOM to check me. She said she was told that everything they bring me Im complaining. I explained that the wings were the first thing I had an issue with. She then said, no you complained about a drink too...I politely told her to check her facts and not me and walked out because I NEVER compained about my drink...however, the negative attention the owners rude approach gave all because THEY WERE NOT READY TO HANDLE TAILGATE was not acceptable or appreciated. I always enjoy my real tailgaters group but the location and people in management really makes the difference in having a pleasant experience. ..thanks to Mike & Gwen (REAL TAILGATERS) founders because they brought me the order of wings the same rude manager had canceled without the balls to tell me.....smh....first time and worst time so beware. ...

Attended a birthday gathering here this past Sat. and the service was the worst. I have seen poor customer service, but this place tops anything Ive ever experienced. After being there for 30 mins the server comes over and ask if we wanted to place an order and we said yes. She walks off and an hour later comes back to take our drink order, but most of us went to the bar to order drinks. Now here comes the real test. We order hot wings and lemon pepper wings, both with fries only to get hot wings and garlic wings after waiting another 45 mins. But to top that they gave us a menu and when we tried to order drinks from the menu we were told that the prices had change and that was only for happy hour, so why not have an happy hour menu and there were kids running around playing? Just know that was my first and last time going to this spot.

This was my first time at Swerve Grill. I got to say that the Tempura shrimp was off the charts. What I didnt like was that I had to wait over an hour and a half for my food. Question? (Who the hell charges $13 for a non-alcoholic drink? Straight up bull s***. My wife and I wouldnt be coming back. I would think that management would of giving us at least a 25% off our check for our inconvenience but that wasnt the case. They give us a 10% discount.

Let me tell yall If u in Atlanta u have to check this place out Im a chef and I HIGHLY RECOMMEND there turkey ribs and mac and cheese. When I say this has been the best mac and cheese Ive had in GA and in a LOONNNGG TIME.trust me I know good food. Boom the waiter was AMAZING great personality, caring and very pretty. Swerve Is my new go to spot. They have great drinks music and also hookah if u like GO TO SWERVE

Absolute RIP OFF - no where on there webpage do they mention a cover charge. They charge $20 to get in - you cannot leave and come back. A smoker just losses out. The place had about 6 patrons at the time of my visit. The no other business in the area. You are just stuck listening to a moderate DJ. Drinks over-price . Ten dollars for an absolute. Save your money, your time and go party elsewhere

Its a great place to go. The food is excellent. Even when our chicken wasnt as good, the chef came to us and asked how could he make it better. They also gave us something else to make up for it. Our waitress, I believe her name was boom, she was the best. Probably the best customer service Ive ever experienced. I highly recommend this restaurant.

I visited on a Saturday night and it was a bit slow. However, I enjoyed myself because everyone was so friendly and inviting. The drinks were a bit pricey ($15 for a marguerita)... however, the food was great and the portions were plentiful. We left with plans to spend our Super Bowl festivities there!
