Drive thru is slow, service inside is slow, food quality is inconsistent, and orders are most of the time wrong. Prices of the items give the impression that youre paying for quality. Single slice of meat on a sandwich, bagel toasted completely burnt, and soup spilled inside of everything in a bag at pickup is how some of my visits have gone. If it werent for the free items from the app, Id probably stop going.

Its Panera. Had a gift card from the holidays otherwise eating out is not our thing. Could not say no to bread bowls. Hubby had the tomato and I the Brocc Cheese. Loved them both. Yummy! Place was clean and orderly. Service was as expected.

Slowest drive thru of any panera Ive ever been to. Then the lady speaking into the mic was more entertained by everything going on around her then listening to my 2 simple coffee orders. I shouldnt have to repeat myself over and over.

I love eating here on my lunch break. They are always fast and friendly. And the best part is I can get gluten-free options really easily. They even have gluten conscious snacks as well. I really like the new double fudge brownie :-)

They all carry the same food which is nice if you know what you like. I have had a couple times where they didnt rice their coffee containers out and coffee was horrible. They fixed it quickly. Other than that good food.

Great selection of soups, salads, sandwiches and pastries. My wife loves the broccoli-cheddar soup. I like the tomato mozzarella flatbread although I wish it was a tad bigger. Service is always fast and friendly.

Great food, but cant seem to get a drive-through order correct. If an establishment cant figure out how to take a food order and then fill it correctly then it should just close their drive-through.

Not the best Panera. Floor was dirty, dish trays were overflowing and it wasnt even rush time. Only a half dozen tables in the restaurant were seated. They had also run out of Romain Lettuce.

Food is good. Really good. Service is also good; very friendly. But the portions are very small and very expensive for what you get. So I would rate the overall value kind of low.

Good atmosphere and place for coffee. I go to a Bible study that meets here and the staff is always nice about making sure there is coffee even though its 8 pm.
