I have been in your Ingles store multiple times before, but I have never received the service that I did today, (9/25/13). I had an Ingles associate (forgot his name) ask me if I needed help finding anything. Also I was greeted by my cashier (Megan, I think) with a beautiful smile. Finally, as I was reaching to get my cart from the cashier and walk away from the register, a gentleman (Kolby) took my cart and gracefully insisted that he assist me with my 50lb bag of potatoes and 25lb bag of sugar when he gets it to my vehicle. I was extremely grateful for his help with the heavier items because they were heavy when I put them in my cart. In stating all of this, I wanted to say that I am so grateful that there are still old school believers out there, that are willing to help even though they dont get an automatic reward for what they do. Even the simple smile of the cashier was so refreshing. Thank so much to each of them that made my day a little brighter than it was!!!

Really good prices on some produce... Whole bag if bananas for a buck and a half. Reduced to be used within a day or so... Ate one on tge way home and had two thus evening... Rest will make awesome banana pudding... I was going to buy three regular bananas.. Was going to cost about the same... Free banana pudding??? Who doesnt like that?? I will say the guy helpingvthe cashier bag the groceries wasnt real friendly... Not quite rude... But definately not friendly... Cashier acted like she was having a hard day, but she was friendly enough...

This location has ample parking in a busy shopping area with numerous restaurants around. This is an older property but it is operated very well. The floors are clean and the shelves seem very well stocked. Everything is pulled to the front. The meat counter is well lit. The management does an outstanding job.. Unlike some other locations (Fairburn Rd).

This is an older Ingles - ie, not a SuperStore like youll find in Temple or Bremen. I dont believe Ingles has any plans to invest in this store. The people are great, and, while you can expect to pay a little more than WalMart or Food Depot, its nice to be able to go to the store and not have to deal with the oppressive crowds.

Clean and the staff is very nice. I have nothing bad to say about it except that its small. By default this means it carries less. With Wal-Mart down the street its tough to justify going trying to get a lot of grocery shopping done. However, if youre like me and just hate going to WallyWorld youll do it anyway.

Ugh! This store is way too expensive and always dirty looking. The employees rarely talk to or even look at you. I stood at the bakery counter one time for almost 5 minutes before the two ladies finished their personal conversation and actually greeted me.

They leave the cheese for the subs in the deli uncovered in the open. The cheese looked like it has been sitting for days and the chicken salad, etc had hard crusty stuff on it.

They have everything you need. Especially now that they have the fresh coffee bean dispenser. Associates are always very friendly and helpful. Makes shopping a pleasure.
