As I walked in, I was greeted by 3 different friendly people:) Salad bar was awesome! Fully stocked with a great variety of healthy options and a clean sitting area to eat, hot deli has many takeout or eat-in choices...Bathrooms are clean, Prices are comparable, items well stocked, checkout lanes move quickly and staff is very helpful! Love the variety in this store and will definitely return =)

Very good experience at Food City in FFG TN today. A lady bagged my groceries and loosely tied each bag. Never have I ever had anyone anywhere close my bags so contents did not go all over the place in my SUV. I was checked out by Robin @9:55 am. Did not notice the bag ladies name. HOPEFULLY you will keep those two (2) ladies as a team. I will wait for the both of them to serve me again.

Very clean store. Prices are about average. The only thing we are from out of town and needed a "saver" card to get the better prices. The cashier said we could have used hers. Too bad it was after the fact, because I would probably have spent more, if I knew that at the beginning. Lol. Maybe next time.

Only stopped in for a few items. Store appeared to be well stocked; prices were reasonable. They also have a deli with an adjoining seating area for those who want to eat a meal while shopping. Gas station prices were good - about $.15 pet gallon less than stations at the interstate.

This Food City (Fairfield Glade area) has the worst selection of coffee of any grocery store Ive ever shopped. Personnel are friendly enough, but I personally dont like an open salad bar--covered would be safer.

I had an issue and the cashier manager was very rude to me. She said that she did not know me and would not help me. Very rude. The pharmacy staff is very rude also. I will never be back in this store again.

My wife & I were shopping when an employee came speeding upon us almost hitting us from behind. This employee did not say excuse me, she just kept going to the display ahead of us and stopped. How rude.
