We stopped for a quick lunch on our way to an appointment. We ordered 2 kids peanut butter and jelly sandwiches, 1 with chips, 1 with an apple, and 2 kids mac and cheese, both with chips. Apparently ordering one with an apple totally flustered the guy at the register. He was so "confused" he said. Wow. Then we went to find an empty table. There were plenty of tables, but every single one of them were dirty. So I went to the counter and asked if we could get a table wiped off before our food was up. One girl looked at me like I had two heads. When they called my name to pick up the food we were still waiting for a clean table. Finally, my daughter wet some napkins and cleaned a table. It was well past the lunch rush at 2pm, and there were at least 8 people working behind the counter. Needless to say we wont come here again. Piss poor management, as well as customer service.

I visited this location on Sunday morning (8:45). There were three women serving customers. There were very few people in line and not many people in the restaurant. There was no dark-roast coffee. There may have been decaf, and there was a little hazelnut coffee. This is a constant issue with this Panera as coffee decanters are often empty. It would seem that there should be a system in place where empty containers are replaced relatively quickly. Also, one of the women had very long hair pulled back into a pony tail. The very long hair coming out of the pony tail was loose. I did not like seeing someone with very long hair not pulled totally up and out of the way. I will not be in a hurry to visit Panera again. It has lost its appeal for me.

I get breakfast from here often because of convenience, but my last few visits have really put me off and will probably find somewhere else to grab breakfast. I like to use the Panera app for the rapid pick up option, but unfortunately a lot of the menu shows "out of stock" for this location. See my attached photo of every breakfast sandwich as unavailable. Since I couldnt get a breakfast sandwich, I went with the oatmeal cup. I believe someone cut the strawberries that were in it with a dirty knife that they last cut onions with, or at least I hope thats what that foul taste was. Had to throw it away, it was basically inedible. I hope this place can turn things around, but I would recommend going somewhere else for better quality food and service.

I have been to this Panera Bread dozens of times and it has been terrific all around, the food is top notch and the environment is relaxing. I have never cared for their customer service, I picked up a bakers dozen of bagels the other day and the older lady that was taking my order was very rude, she has an attitude and was being sarcastic, the best word to describe it is JERK. Other than that, there seems to be a general disconnect between the workers and the customers, you give someone your order and then you pick it up at the other end with no communication required. Oh and did I say that their food was epic, BEST BAGELS ever btw! but they do need to let go the blue hair jerk lady because thats not a person you want running the cashier.

I worked at a panera in college... And never would the dining room look this terrible. I showed up at this location at 8pm... Not busy at all and EVERY table was filthy. Garbage cans overflowing and literally garbage on the floor. I consider Panera to be a nice place to grab a quick bite to eat and in most cases have had great service and food is delicious. :). However this location needs a lot of improvements.... Id suggest going up a few exits to the crestview hills location.

I found everyone to be rude and uninterested in their job, like its temporary and they just dont care. You never know who may come in that door with the opportunity you wanted so just be nice and talk to the customers if they ask how things are. Dont be afraid to say whats on your mind. It impresses people who have been there and done that and maybe they could give you a new job that you obviously want. The food was excellent though as always.

I recently in the past few weeks have been stopping in at Panera in Crestview Hills and Florence. I love the French Onion soup. However, I wanted to try the new Chilled Shrimp salad with the soba noodles. I dont understand how both locations could be out of the noodles for over two weeks. Ive stopped in each location twice. Four times total and theyre both still out. Its quite disappointing and I probably wont go back.

I really dont get the fascination of this place, so over priced. A bowl of soup is over $6.00 !! And it isnt that good. Their salads used to be pretty good, and I loved the pick two, until not that is almost $8.00. So not worth the money. I can go to Krogers salad bar and get more soup, better soup and is only $2.99 for the same size. I guess we are paying that fire place that never gets used.

There arent any self order kiosks here which is a bummer. They dont have the little buzzers to know when youre order is ready so it was a bit of a cluster at the food counter. There was way too much dressing on my salad. At every other Panera Ive been to, there are normal sized water cups. This Panera had the tiniest water cups Ive ever seen. Definitely the worst Panera Bread Ive been to.

Good for soup and sandwiches. My experiences here have always been satisfactory. On my most recent visit, I dropped a lemon grabber tool behind the counter and a staff member offered and gave me a fresh and clean one from the kitchen. The broccoli cheddar soup is my favorite and definitely worth a try as is the Mac and cheese!

Food is horrible at this location. My sandwich had 1 piece of chicken and one piece of lettuce. Maybe it was a high school kid prank, but got the order to go so didnt realize until I got home. Bread is always stale. Really disgusting

This is a great place to grab a quick bagel and a drink. Their breakfast sandwiches are delicious as well. I also come up here once a month to meet with a local dog rescue group and they are always very accommodating.

Bad customer service and poor cleanliness at the Crestview Hills location . No clean tables and garbage overflowing . The manger was rude and refused to correct an order that was incorrect .

They can never seem to get my order right. I always ask for no mayo and end up getting it. Very frustrating.
