We were seated at 1200, placed our order 5 minutes later for 3 which was 2 orders or buttermilk pancakes and one breakfast burrito. Pretty simple order right? We waiting over an hour, and our food did not come, we were never given an update even though I asked repeatedly, and after asking where our food was the waitress simply said "im not sure, but everybody else has been waiting too".Thats pretty despicable customer service. Finally I took it upon myself to physically walk inside(we were seated outside) and demanded to see the manager because it was 1 oclock pm and still our food had not came. They took me to the back where the food was being made and they pointed the manager out, and after asking the status of our meals he simply said "as you can see were backed up", as he was pointing to about 10 different plates of food. Again unbelievable customer service. No apology, no "were sorry but were working on it", etc. Only given the excuse that the restaurant was short staffed. At about 1:10 our food was brought out by two different waitresses, they threw the food down on the table, one of the plates barely hanging off the table and decided to scurry off without asking us if we needed anything else, or again any apology for the wait. We were simply treated like we were the problem at that point. We got up immediately and left because we decided we did not want to get treated like animals. This place is beyond horrible, and I made it a point that no matter who I see to pass on my horrible experience I received at Keystone.

I went here last night for a very small bachelorette dinner pre-party. We all shared some apps to start - Brisket Poutine and Loaded Chips. The Poutine gravy had great flavor and paired well with the melted Swiss cheese. The brisket was super tender and practically shredded. The chips themselves werent very seasoned, but that didnt matter because they were absolutely covered in their cheese sauce and there was ranch on the side as well. But I particularly enjoyed the bites near the top that also has juicy tomatoes and salty bacon! The chips seemed to go faster, so we got a second order. For my entree, I decided to go with something on the lighter side - Farmers Salad with chicken. It came with spinach, sun-dried tomatoes, apples, goat cheese and chicken is an optional add. I assumed that the chicken would be grilled and sliced. But it was actually pulled and unseasoned. The salad and huge and quite nice. Service was very friendly and decently efficient.

I love Keystone! However, this location has the worst service! I was there on a Friday for a working lunch with 5 of my co-workers. Granted they were busy, however, they had A LOT of staff. Our waitress took forever to get our orders after we all ordered our drinks (which was water). We were sitting outside and I noticed instead of taking our order she was doing her hair in the window. Once we finally ate (the food was delicious!), she then waited to clear everyones plates before giving us any of our checks! Then instead of taking our checks when we were ready to pay, she filled our water.... Umm we are trying to leave! The 5 of us were 40 minutes late to our next meeting! Keystone-Clifton, I understand that you are next to a college, however, you still have business people that would like to eat here for lunch within an hour.

My wife and I have been Keystone fans for years, and we have been to all of their locations. This location is not as homey as the Covington one, but it is a well-kept space and the staff are always pleasant and efficient in their service. The primary reason for a four star rating, rather than five, is the pricing always strikes me as rather high. If you order products on half price special (such as the mac and cheese on Mondays, or the quesadillas on Tuesdays), then you are getting a good deal, and the food is always very good. The beer selection here is also always superb, offering a good mix of local beers - such as MadTree, Rhinegeist, etc. - as well as beers that I have not tried from craft brewers around the country. Overall, I certainly recommend stopping by Keystone, especially on Mondays for the mac and cheese!

This place is a joke. A complete waste of USQUAREs space. Im a clifton local, and a Cincinnati native. I have visited this Keystone multiple times since it has opened. Each time, saying, "Ill give it one more chance." However, every visit has proven to me that the business is on a steady decline. The service is unspeakably horrible. Should I have to wait over 15 minutes for someone to approach our table? Why are all three beers Ive requested from the menu "out" when it says their available? Why dont the servers know a single thing about their beers or their menu? Six months later and you still cant get it together, Keystone Clifton. Give up your property and make space for a better business. Clifton needs it.

Food is fine, this location is, no surprise, a total college bar. Some servers are great, but overall the wait staff is pretty inexperienced and it shows; the kitchen is backed up pretty regularly. This place isnt completely awful or anything - the Mac and Cheese deserves its reputation - just really lacking in service and in overall professionalism from the staff. Go once for the Mac & Cheese - maybe get carryout - but dont bother making plans to visit a second time, because you can do a lot better, even within just a few blocks.

Popular to contrary belief, Keystone isnt best for their Mac. Keystone is best because they have a huge open bar space where someone can celebrate a 21st birthday and their friends who arent yet 21 can come watch and join. They card at the bar not the door because theyre a restaurant which makes it an awesome space to gather. Overpriced, not many good food options. Tired of going there so much.

A classic American eatery which serves a mean brunch. Try the pint of bacon, while a bit pricey for some bacon but it was perfectly prepared. Also split the Go-Goetta Skillet and Gravy Train with my girl and will say that I preferred the Gravy Train slightly. If I lived closer, Id be back for another visit.

Keystone is great, but you should try the Mac Shack next door!! If you are looking for a faster option and just want mac and cheese, its the same as Keystone with even more options. They even do 1/2 price Mac Mondays! The service is great and the people working are very friendly. Yay for the Mac Shack!

Loved this place! I brought my niece after her tour of CCM because she loves mac & cheese (which apparently, theyre well known for in Cincy). I had the black bean burger, which was incredible. Loved the spicy avocado mayo! Ill definitely be eating there again when I return to Cincinnati in December.

Excellent Brunch menu. My pals and I often go to keystone to finish off a busy weekend. They have indoor seating with TVs available for watching major sporting events, outdoor seating with shade umbrellas, and a bar. Staff is very friendly too. Recommend getting the breakfast burrito and add goetta.

College aged bar/restaurant, casual, servers in shorts & tank tops, manager in jeans etc. Very friendly service (by Bree in particular) during burger week 2016. Big seller is any of the many varieties of Mac&Cheese, which will be available as a frozen entree at Kroger Oct 2016.
