We only had breakfast, so look to over reviews for lunch or dinner! Im a vegetarian and my friend is not, so weve got a variety. My friend had biscuits and gravy, sausage patty, and eggs over easy, with home fries. I was a bit confused about what to get, as a vegetarian. I paid the same and officially got the same breakfast special... The cashier decided I would have toast and potato salad (their macarroni and potato salads are available even at breakfast), and I got over easy eggs for my friend. He substituted potato salad for both homefries and sausage, maybe. Im not sure why he gave me toast, but maybe the biscuits have lard. Most places I get biscuits without a problem, so I was disappointed. I dont know why he decided I couldnt have the home fries either... They were pretty bland when I ate my friends, though. They werent cooked with onions or any meat, and were over crisped for homefries (in my opinion). We couldnt find any ketchup to make them better, and didnt bother to ask. My friend said her sausage was salty, but it was nice that it had peppers or something else in it beyond pure meat. My friend said her biscuit was ok, but my toast was good. The bread was thickly sliced, and the local jams they had were yummy. We both agreed potato salad was ok. It was too eggy for me... I dont like eggy food/food that just tastes like egg (hence why she tried to eat my eggs). Prices were good for breakfast, for sure. Breakfast is a bit short in selections, though. Positives for using local stuff, though!!

This place has a green theme and a Deli feel. Everything we ordered was exceptional in quality. I had the Havana nights Hoagie and wife had a chicken salad sandwich. Our favorite in all were the homemade potato chips. Wow they were awesome. I kept stealing them from her plate. My potato salad was great but I had problems keeping my hands away from those chips! For desert I had the brownie and wife the coconut cake. Each were wonderful. I highly much recommend this place, but come hungry as portions are of good size too. Enjoy!

This cafe is AMAZING!!! I ordered the friend green tomato pizza (best pizza I have ever had in my life) my mother had the Cobb salad (which was so large she couldnt finish it), and my daughter had a peanut butter and honey sandwich with a huge slice of watermelon. The ingredients they use are all from local farmers!!! The staff were all very polite and friendly. They also serve a variety of wines and beers. There is not a pokestop for the mobile game Pokemon Go at this location.

Home Cafe & Marketplace is a refreshingly unique eatery whos menu is always changing in order to maximize the use of locally-grown/raised fruits, vegetables, meats, and cheeses. Their menu offers enough variety to satisfy many different tastes. Flavors are balanced and well thought out. I highly recommend the pasta salad as a side dish. Their desserts are always amazing as well. This is a fun and satisfying restaurant. Note: Theyre closed on Mondays.

Thads right, very cute interior. Mostly bread so its perfect for my gluten free Palio diet. Right next to the vape shop so I can bust my pipe out next door w my boys. We go every Tuesday for half priced vapes, my faves are grape, muddy waters and bubblemint forget me nows. Sometimes well hit up the wine store before vaping down and then we grab a slice of pizza at lost river pizzahut. But back to home cafe, its pretty good I recommend it.

Its good to have a farm to table type place in bowling green. We should have more here. The food is usually really good, and I like how they make different dishes here that you dont usually see in most restaurants. The employees here are pretty friendly for the most part. If you check the menu before hand, and you see something that you like. I would go early cause then tend to run out during the afternoon.

Im not one for reviewing places much but I feel like eating lunch here almost every weekday for 2 months says a lot. The daily specials, while not always something that appeals to me, are always great. I will keep coming back and you should too. If I could complain about anything its the lack of items on their normal daily menu but that is really nitpicking.

Cozy spot with great food and friendly staff. I enjoyed the BBQ pizza with some side pasta salad. They also had some very tempting desserts but I had to hold off. I visited on a Sunny Wednesday afternoon, just a few other people dining inside and out on their little patio. I definitely recommend making a pit stop and having some lunch here.

This is a great little farm-to-table local eatery, especially for lunch and brunch! Love love love Joshs Nashville Hot Chicken sandwich, and really everything on the menu, as well as the other specials. The creative wood-fired pizzas are always very good, and they have the best Reuben Ive found locally, for when the craving hits.

The food is creative, the ingredients are local and authentic, and the staff is friendly and helpful. This is a wonderful restaurant. I cant recommend Burger Night enough and the Chicken Sandwich special on Thursdays is also really good. This is a place I can eat at with my family and feel good about it.

My coworker turned me on to this outstanding eatery. I can honestly say that this is by far, the best sandwiches that Bowling Green has to offer. Farm to table at its best, as well as a diverse menu. I am a regular and hooked for life. Stop by and see Josh and his incredible staff!

If you want high quality food at a great price - and in a cool atmosphere - Home Cafe is the place in Bowling Green. The food is excellent and unique. The menu changes seasonally because they incorporate food from local producers. Its definitely one of my favorite restaurants in BG!

Great price. Good deal for lunch if you are looking for quantity. Hot chicken sandwich and potato salad were far superior to the corned beef and pasta salad. For bowling green Id give it a 9 out of 10.
