Been here twice since I moved to Muscatine 6 months ago. First time, burnt my burger to the point i didnt even finish half. Second time, got a chicken sandwich that was cold and pretty gross (and I tried to eat it within 3 minutes of getting it, I did not let it sit). Dont waste your time here.

My daughters got bag of food with blood on bag from drive thur. When they took it inside the gal tired telling her it was strawberry syrup and her right thumb was cut n bleeding. Got her new food n bag n guess what small amount blood on it as well. Do not recommend eating at this location

2 drive throughs and it is still slow! They let 3 cars in the other lane go before even getting to our order. Then they just barked at us. Then on top of being rude they interrupted my order to tell me to order. WTF? So I told them to *uck off and went to mcdonalds. Good job BK, good job.

They must check what the customers have in there pockets. I went there when I was 9 years old before a long time ago, and 3 of there customers where trying to put something in there drinks that smelled bad. Also the french fries were SUPER SALTY

Closed dinning room half hour before scheduled hours I dont know what is going on at this location but its always something especially after 4pm
